I was promised a hairstyle I got there and they told me the braider for that style was on vacation. I sat in that shop from 8:40AM til 6PM getting knotless braids because the braiders were slow and they kept stopping. I’ll NEVER go back there

I called to see if I can get starter locs and they told me they can do them at a pacific time. I arrive at the time they told me too and all of a sudden “hair too long” I have never heard that in my life!

They really do a good job on braids.
However, when you walk inside it's a mess and that'sa bad sign. I supplied my own hair. Which she saved half.
The woman said $60 over the phone and $60 before I sat in the chair. When I stood up from the chair she said $100. Girl... she almost made it FREE. tryna be sneaky. Anyway I paid $70 which a tip is being too generous but before the price change that is how I felt. She's not sweet. I am. And im stern. She thinks I only speak English as she spoke on the phone to her mother in Arabic "More MORE MORE MORE", her mother was telling her that's good and she began to tell her mother "But I need more".
I thought in my head, your next customer will give you more.
You can't make a fortune off one customer. You put in work and get more customers that's buisness, that's how you get that big money.
I get she's not from here neither am I. And where I'm from they want sneaky people like you to get things free. Keep that up man. Trying to rob people. And all you have around you are robbers. I'm from the city of thieves. Detroit thinks they have thieves but not like Atlanta. Where I'm from they rob robbers. I was thinking about doing it to her. But I'm glad I'm growing up. I rather go to buisness with someone who is legit and straight and kind and not trying to get more with lies.

Waste of time! They only have certain branders for certain styles . Sat over an hr to wait for someone to braided ponytail & still wants serviced. Won’t be back & the man owner is RUDE

Ask for box shape braids n got whatever shaped braids with 1 braid that came out it hasn’t been a week yet, I contacted the only number I had to send photos n texts of the problem with no response, it’s a shame just bcuz u can’t see the back they will play in your head n make the shapes & braids bigger, bein that I’ve been to their shop before n didn’t have a problem but now at this new shop they rushed on my head, so unprofessional not neat what so ever, I jus happened to be home n took pics of my hair & was very disappointed, I hope I can post the photos I do not recommend anyone go there smh just straight up pitiful !! Ain’t never gotta worry bout me comin back !

Visited this salon from Ohio and I was very impressed with not only the customer service but the quality of work. My braids came out so nice and neat and was exactly like I asked. My braider(I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name!) was quick, the shop was very relaxing and comfortable. The free WiFi and water was definitely a plus. Thanks for doing such a great job! I will be sure to come back next time I visit Michigan.

I’ve been going to this shop since I was a little girl and when I say it’s the best I mean it. They work fast, very kind , and reasonable pricing. I recommend people who have trouble with growing your hair because they have growing hands.
