So as I was waiting for my turn the Lady in front of me went crazy she started to doing stuff behind the counter, swearing yelling just because she have to pay service fee of four dollar I was totally shocked but the representative was behind the counter was very very professional. He handled it very well, and I thanked him for that he deserving a word I never seen anyone with that kind of patient in my whole entire life. He has a great customer service. “I called this post office today desperately trying to correct an address on a package that had been sent. The merchant I ordered from left off an apt #. I got a lovely gal on the phone who located the package and got the correct information on there for me. I had been phoning everywhere and couldn't get any help! I'm so grateful to her. “I've been coming here on and off since I started my job that's about a mile from this post office. We use it a lot because we send stuff out certified and use a few other services like other human beings that go to the post office. For starters, the place is almost always clean and well stocked. It's not the biggest or baddest post office, but this one seems to have it together, considering what it is. The lines are never terribly long and the ladies here that wait on me are quick and efficient. Recently, they had their drive up mail box replaced. It was rusty and in terrible shape. I hated using it, and am glad to see a new one on the curb. There is a parking lot here, but its tight and your better off parking on the curb. Making a left out of here can be downright dangerous at times because the stoplight is always on blinking red and the cars parked on the street block your view of people coming at you. There is a few downsides to this place but I will only discuss the one big one that has only caused me grief once. They do not accept packages here for whatever reason, and send you to the main post office off Fenkel. I have no idea why this is. I've seen a few patrons get a little crazy over it and it wasn't pretty. I've only been to the Fenkel location once, and it's a super nice updated facility, about 3 miles away. Overall, it's an alright place and the staff is super friendly and nice. Will continue to return here as long as I work on this side of town.”

“It's good. They couldn't help with Amazon returns, they advised me to go to (The UPS store), not access points, not custom services, but the (The UPS Store) look it up on Google, if you have a QR code, but if you have a printed label, you are good. Other than that, they are good.”

“Great customer service, but be very careful driving up the driveway just to get in the parking lot. The driveway just messed up my bumper. Best to park on the street if you don't have a truck, so you won't take a chance in ruining your vehicle.”
“I prefer this location over the grand river one most def no long lines in and out. For some reason the other location I hate when they weigh my orders 1 of the girls at the other location scan my mailer and weigh my box which is a diff amount and they hit me with fees.”
