DAYSHIFT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE
I think overall Planet Fitness Customer Service is “Stellar” but at other locations. I've came back to Planet Fitness from Crunch Gym because of the convenient locations and overall service. However the shift between 5am and early afternoon have been extremely nasty to Me in front of my Wife and I don't understand. Everytime I come in there, I speak (like people should when being spoken to) they don't speak back. There are two Ladies in particular, one with short hair and glasses very nasty to me, which is the reason I go to other locations. Customer Service is Customer Service to WHOMEVER! You Can’t be selective in this business when dealing with consumers. I give a BIG thumbs ?? to this location ( Day shift.) Maybe its better in the evening but I stop going there….

Probably one of the best ones I’ve been to yet . I’ve only been to about five locations tho.
Three of them being in the same city .

Please avoid this place, if you're a professional or seriously into fitness.
Rusty, imbalanced, unpredictable, leggy machines.
They don't even do servicing on them.
Cables gets stuck sometimes. Bench press, leg machines are tight on one side & loose on other side.
Back workout machines are out of order.

In morning there was two beautiful women along with the two guys, who ran that place incredibly
Those kids they have on afternoon especially the New guy he cut Two of my locks off without warning and they still haven't replaced those two locks
He keeps saying oh we don't have any naw I need my locks replaced pronto
The girls on afternoon are great except for one she is just Okay

Brianna is the absolute best! She is very friendly, efficient and attentive! The staff here is great! Brianna gets 10 stars. The only reason I left 4 stars is because this location does not have certain perks that other locations do and limited hours because it’s located in the city.

The whole staff is so sweet and helpful, but STACY is the sweetest soul! She made me feel welcomed, helped me get my account together , and she is always there if I have any questions! This location makes my entire journey to get fit that much better! Thank you guys for all your help!
