One of the beat metro store i have been to in awhile . Very good prices on phones and will always take care of you. This will be the metro store i will always be paying my bill at. 10/10 service.

Not a good experience. I visited this store at approximately 10:30 a.m. The door was open to enter. There was no clerk to greet me at the counter. There were seemingly no employees in the open sales area. I waited for about 4 minutes, then left to a nearby restaurant. I came back about 10 minutes later. Again, no employees inside, as I entered. I said \\\"Hello\\\" at an audible volume a couple of times, but, no response. Again, I left. I'm not sure what was going on at this store on this day, but it was not a good day for customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!! THEY PUT ANY PASSWORD THEY WANT ON YOUR ACCOUNT, MEANING YOU WONT BE ABLE TO ACCESS OR CHANGE ANYTHING .

Amazing experience they greeted me right when I walked in through the door gave me the best deal I couldn't resist always happy the whole time thank you guys.

This place is the worst. The new guy did lower my bill but I wanted to buy a charger cord and he grabbed one out of some random box and charged me 20$ for it after he told me my bill was lower than what it actually was then when I call to tell him they messed up he only wants to give me a store credit and try to justify the guys actions. Horrible nobody should go here.

My husband and I have come here numerous times when we rode the bus to meijer and their door says 10 AM on Sundays and they weren't even open. That is absolutely ridiculous. Do not come here!! It absolutely ridiculous and I do not recommend it! Go to the location at 8 mile and Greenfield or 14 mile and John R you'll be much happier with your time spent.

Why bother posting "open" hours on your door, when you never are open when supposed to be? Came at noon on Sunday and you weren't open, what happened to open at 10am? Now it's 930am Mondayand I'm trying to come in before work, sign says open at 8am...and of course...not open. Last time I attempt to come into this location.

They told me my iPhone 6 Plus would take 2-3 days to get and it's been a week and still nothing.... they keep saying oh we ordered it but I'm moving out of state this Friday and I'll be pissed if I miss my flight because of a phone I should have has a week agoðŸ˜

The worst experience I ever had. First,purchased i iphone6 tht never worked rite since I had it. They didn't want to honor the warranty. Fixed one problem and they broke sumthing else. Will never ever do Business with them again. Told me lie after lie!
