Not sure who I talked to. But I went looking to replace a fridge that had just gone out on me. The guy I talked to told me I had a timer issue. Showed me what to do to fix it. He could have easily sold me a fridge I didn't need right then. But opted to give good customer service first! Great help

Put a deposit in cash and refused to give it to me back. Had to buy a black frigurator more then I could spend or ge would have keep my security deposit. He always leaves his mail box full and when you go into the store he had big guy family members there to trow you out his store. This man deals dirty!!!!!

Purchased stove/fridge set and the refrigerator stopped keeping cold at the bottom. They came right away to fix it. Had the same trouble a week later and they came right away and changed the part that needed to be changed and it has worked great since then. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

May be my go to appliance store. I went in there yesterday, the guy was super friendly and helpful. He helped me find a gas stove very cheap! Furthermore, the delivery was quicker than he said, the new stove was delivered in only 30 minutes. The guys who installed it were very knowledgeable and nice! I'm very happy with my purchase and the service.

I just want to come thank Mario for trying to still help me with my issue! Even though it didn't get fixed I WOULDN'T BY A REFRIGERATOR FROM THIS PLACE YOU HAVE 30DAYS FOR A WARRANTY ON A USED APPLIANCE AND AFTER THAT YOUR OUT OF LUCK I SPENT 560 ON A REFRIGERATOR IN MARCH AND NOW ITS BROKE AND THEY WONT FIX IT NEVER AGAIN ON TOP OF THEM SELLING ME A STIVE WITH NO RACKS I HAD TO WAIT MONTHS TO GET THE RIGHT RACKS FOR MY STOVE

Called Jays appliance in distress after being told by two shady plumbers that they couldn’t replace my drain valve on my hot water tank because it could break off and they would have to replace the whole hot water tank (which was probably a lie to get me to pay them more for a bigger job). Alex assured me he would likely be able to replace the valve as he had done so before several times and therefore I wouldn’t need to replace my hot water tank. He came promptly to my house after I called and was able to replace the valve with ease. He saved me over a thousand dollars. He could have fed me the same lie to get me to pay more for the tank too but he was honest. Really appreciated his honestly and how quickly he was able to perform the service. I’ll be back.

They had the exact fridge I was looking for. They delivered the next morning, great customer service. I've had the fridge a few days and got it checked out, no issues. Great price after looking all over for a week. Will be a repeat customer.

I Bought A Refrigerator In May Had to have it Repaired A Week Later… The Store Had a Repair man Come Out & Put a New Compressor on it… here it is 10 months Later in its not Working I Call a Repair Man to come service it & I was Told that the Compressor put on it was the wrong one for the make an model of the Refrigerator…. They gave me the repair man’s number which doesn’t speak English…. I paid over $1700 for the unit for them not to care

I will NEVER do business with them again. I purchased a water tank and once installed it was NO GOOD. They been giving me the run around for them to even come look at it for 4 days now. I wouldn’t recommend this place for used appliances they not even honest that their products are no good. Don’t waste your time nor money!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ???‼️‼️Now don’t get me wrong I understand this is a used appliances place,but my god it shouldn’t go out as soon as you get it to your home. I purchased a washer and dryer from these people. Use both the same day it was delivered the dryer went completely out,and the washer was leaking a hell of a lot of water from the bottom. They bring another washer and dryer. The dryer this time seems to be ok, but the agitator on the washer is no good at all. WHAT A WASTE.. Not to mention they left the first non working dryer in my basement,never came back and picked up the junk. I’m mad because I have to spend more money on a washer , I would not recommend.at all!
