Made arrangements with owner Kelly to do the flowers for my wedding. I sent the money for my deposit as she requested never received a contract, invoice, or any written agreement that detailed schedule or remaining balance. After calling repeatedly with no answer I drive to the location and no one can find the POS (point of sale) to take my payment (AMEX). They ask me to write my credit card number down….. yeah no especially when you can’t find your own card reader in the first place. Kelly has me enter the card number into her banking app where the URL says Chase. I say fine because I’m anxious to have it taken care of. They charge my card the correct amount I get a call the next day from Kelly saying the money won’t be deposited until Tuesday. I’m at a loss as to how that’s my fault but she’s speaking to me as if I paid her under the table with a Cash App card or something. Overall this was a terrible experience. I do not recommend booking or ordering anything from this business. I’ve never written a review like this before but the audacity of some people has me floored. Never received my deposit back either.

Goodness Gracious gets 5 stars!! The beautiful flowers arrangement that was delivered on our behalf arrived in less than 24 hours of ordering! It did not look exactly like the picture on line, but was as full or fuller with beautiful, colorful flowers! Sending flowers long distance by other companies has not always been satisfactory when seeing what was sent. However, Goodness Gracious did not disappoint! If the opportunity arises, I will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend based on my first experience of using their services.

I had never been here before and needed a very last minute arrangement for my sister in law who just had her baby! The arrangement was STUNNING! We were greeted so happily even though they were about to close. Ordering flowers from here every time I need/want them! Thank you! ?

Did not receive the flowers I ordered. The subsistute was dying. Plus a messy hand written note which included the a price, is not worth the $9.00 I paid for a card. Also, it was to be delivered on Friday at 3:00 p.m. to James Cole's Funeral Home, not Saturday during the Family Hour at the Church.I've never had such poor service and I will not recommend you to family or friends. My total cost was over $109.69 for such a hot mess.Shame on you I don't know what that was; but, it was not a Peace Lily.
