Tried saying a knocking noise in the engine was " not a huge thing". Walked right off the lot at that.
Edit- I test drove that car three days earlier and have test drove and heard several other avenger engines. The knocking noise is not normal. Saying a knocking or ticking noise is normal in any car is ludicrous. You have quiet a few 1 star ratings so clearly I'm not your only unhappy interactions.

Buyer beware! I bought a 2010 Sierra in September last year and it looked like a good choice. Then a couple weeks after I bought it the problems started. First it was finicky about starting, turns out there was a censor on the transmission had a frayed wire that needed to be fixed. Next up the front end needed ball joints and control arms. Then I had trouble starting it again that only could be fixed with a tune up. But that didn't last long because
the fuse box was so corroded it had to be replaced and there was still a problem with the modules communicating between the ABS and the fuel pump module and that took two weeks to complete and it still isn't dependable it might start it might not. I was going to do what it took to keep it running, but there is no hope of that happening now. All told after purchasing the vehicle for $6000 I put another $4000 into it to try to keep it running. Finally the mechanics that had worked on it all agree that the engine has three different oil leeks that would cost about $5000 to fix. This truck shouldn't have been on the lot. It had been freshly painted, so who knows what that is covering up. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle.

The guys at this dealership are awesome made sure to take great care of me and my daughter through all shenanigans DHS put us through made sure to handle all paperwork appropriately and they were very patient. Also very nice cars for the price

I called and talked to them about a Durango and they said that there was no issues with it. I told them that I was over an hour away and didn't want to waste my time. I get there and air conditioning doesn't work, either did the radio which has touch screen for heated and cooled seats, navigation, rear camera and all of the extra features. Also has a bad motor mount and cooling issues. Sunroof doesn't work properly either. They said that they would address the issues and get back to me. After another hour drive home I called them and they said they were aware of the issues and wanted to know if I was interested in it. They won't repair any of issues and won't adjust on the price at all. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I'm sure glad I waited to write a review. If I could give this place a negative number I would. 2 vehicles, $13,500 cash sale. 1 yr later and neither one is running. The hummer has actually ran for a total of 4 weeks out of the year (It has been sitting in our driveway for 12 months.). After leaving the lot, neither car was drivable. Took them both back to be serviced less than 24 hours after.. They "fixed" them (or so they said.). Had a licensed mechanic look at the hummer, 2 weeks after the purchase and he said there is THOUSANDS of DOLLARS in work that needs to be done and to sell it ASAP. The equinox was trash, the brake system was shot and so was the suspension. It was deemed unsafe for the road!!!! Now we are out 2 vehicles and almost $14,000. Warned. Just had to spend $17,000 on a car 12 months later. Unreal.
