I took my older pickup truck that I've owned for 16 years to get it aligned.
I had just put some new outer and inner tie rods on and I wanted to make sure that everything was aligned properly so that I wouldn't ruin my tires.
Fast forward 3 weeks later and and both of my front tires are severely worn on the outer corners.
As soon as I noticed the wear I took it to a friend's shop with a lift and he checked over all of the front end components and everything was tight.
So I took it back to Bazzi. The guy that did the alignment told me that the passenger
Front passenger was out of alignment and that's what was causing both of them to wear on the outside.
After everything was over I talked to what I believe is the owner or the manager of the business and he told me that I didn't owe him anything for the second alignment.
Which is great and everything but now I have worn Tires.
I asked him kindly if there's anything he could do to this make this right because I wasn't planning to buy tires this year.
He said he could give me a price on two tires at cost.
I told him to just give me a price for all four and give me the two at cost and I'll think about it.
So he priced out 4 Michelin defenders
With the two front ones at cost.
He said I could come in anytime within the next year to do it and that deal would be still be good.
I thought that was reasonable so I walked out of the office to my pickup and on a hunch I called discount tire

For my pickup installed with everything out the door.
Discount tire gave me a price for $200 cheaper for the whole set without a discount. ?♂️
So I went back in and ask for my initial alignment to just be refunded since my front tires life was significantly shortened.
He said he couldn't do that because he already had done 2 alignments.
He then went on to say that I could have hit a big pothole which didn't happen.
He then went on to say that it could be the parts that I put on are cheap parts which
I know isn't true.
He then offered me the four tires for maybe 50 less than discount tire did.
At that point I just told him that it's fine.
I just wanted him to make it right,
I'm not going to waste my time arguing about it. I'm just not going to go back.
To his credit the conversation that we had was civil and he was polite the entire time.
I will also say that he at least offered me a realignment for free.
But I'm not sure what good that does me since the life of my tires
has been significantly shortened.
I don't write many reviews and I don't like to be littling people I'm just sharing my experience if you feel like they were Fair, great,, you're welcome to go there, but if this helps you from getting into a situation like this. I'm happy to oblige.

I LUV Bazzi Tire ! They really take such good care of my vehicle❣️ & they are always very helpful, courteous & kind. Especially Ali, he always makes sure I’m completely satisfied before I get on the road. & if I encounter any issues…. He’s like come on back & let us fix em ! Best tire buying experience. I went down the street to warholak and they wanted to charge me $700 for the same set of tires that Bazzi was charging me $520. Highly recommend coming up to bazzi tire for all tire needs.

He gave me an appointment for two hours and left my car reserved for a full day. Then he said to come back at six o’clock, then he searched for someone to help me take me home, and I sought help from people who would bring my children from school. Then at six o’clock he searched for someone to carry me to take my car. I was surprised that when he did something, he apologized that he was busy and returned the key. I do not recommend the car to anyone because he will waste his time there
