Went to get a copy of a 2 page document (needed for court/emergency ) which had a little color on it. Was told that they couldn’t do a color copy to which I said ok the blk/wht copy is fine, only to be told that their copier was printing a large job and the person who could make a copy of my 2 page document was on lunch. I didn’t get the vibe that they were really interested in servicing me. I’m confused as to how a printing company at this location would only have one available copier. ?

Best experiences ever, great accommodations, great service and delivery, professional design and artwork. If I may consider that every business is working in difficult times during the covid-19 pandemic, Kurt was able to organize materials on time and went over the top to make a prompt delivery. The quality of our Banners, flyers, greeting cards and signs where impressive. Thank you for your awesome service, Kurt.

Horrible service. HORRIBLE! I will NEVER use them again. Run! Items were not complete at the promised time. They had my email and phone, but I was never contacted of the delay. Showed up to pick up the order and had to wait 20 min before I ended up just leaving due to being late to another appointment. Arrived the next morning to pick up and I still wasn't complete! Still no email nor no phone call. Then they had the nerve to have an attitude! Run! Go to Kinko's, or another print shop!

Robin, my Allegra sales rep, was both professional and pleasant to deal with. My order was placed with minimal time allotted during a very large and busy convention and required delivery in a timely fashion. Not only were my posters excellently printed but they also arrived on time and in perfect condition. I appreciated the expeditious, professional and courteous service that I received. I would highly recommend Allegra Printing to anyone and would happily use them again even though my business is conducted outside of the Detroit area.
