Replacing 2 tires took an hour somehow and they are charging $66 for used tires when the place across the street is charging $50 and probably provides faster and better service. Also was charged $7 fee for using a credit card.

The boss told me to come see him he would give me a quote on my tires and when I got there he didn't even come out someone else came out and didn't even check anything out souls bad customer service and bad service.

So I bought a nice looking tire today. And by the time I got home my air light came on. Granted I live near metro airport this tire spot not far from my job. Needless to say it'll be the only $80 they get from me.

They did get me off the road with a tire however looking at the reviews and judging by my experience I don't know how long this tire will actually last let's talk about the actual customer service and accuracy of the place...when I called over the phone I was told that it would be $50 out of the door when I actually arrived they decided to add on additional charges that were not discussed over the phone charge number one $3 disposal fee, doesn't that already come with the cost of the tire? charge number two debit card fees. it states on all the signs posted that under $100 is a $2 charge yet they tried to charge me $3. charge number three taxes, when it was time for me to check out the tech that worked on my car said $56 out the door the lady at the desk told me it would be 58 dollars she said that taxes, disposal fee, debit card fees were to be tacked on so yet again another incorrect price. I've never had to pay tax on a used tire in all of my life but it seems normal that this place just decides their fees as they go. Now for the actual tire the tire was more than used it was already plugged and patched before they put it on my car amd that was the only one in stock. The tech assured me that it's been tested and would not leak but based on the reviews this is common here and the tire will be no good within a week. if you have other options to go somewhere else please go to a more honest reputable place. I had no other choice in the moment but if you're looking for a good used tire with no random fees and just the price of the tire check out nyb1 tires off of W Davison. their tires are only $40 no extra fees when you arrive and they're really good tires.
