I have to give a 5 star rating to EBONY at the Dearborn, MI store. She is in the .customer service/order pick up area. I wish I could give her TEN stars! I placed an online order from IL to be picked up by a friend in need. Very basic items. It took a lot of effort for him to go to the store to get them. My order was canceled multiple times online for “store issues”. When he arrived, Ebony called me as he does not speak English. Ebony listened to my plea for help and then, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. She is an angel and a huge asset to the Dearborn store. Thank you so very much, Ebony!!

This is BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST WALMART IN THE STATE IF NOT THE COUNTRY!! WHOEVER MANAGES THIS STORE MUST BE A FOREIGNER BECAUSE THERE ARE NO STANDARDS! Store is open until 11pm, but you close the Customer Service at 8... Ridiculous! Store is always low in stock on dozens of items! Half the employees don't really want to do any work, this location is horrific!!!
