I will never give this place my service. Besides the fact that it's always messy and empty never stocked up and horrible service. Never have bags. The crew is horribly rude. And lie about people trying to steal called the cops on a couple that purchase 400$ worth of food and tried to return 20 worth and canceled their whole purchase called the cops on them and accuse them of shoplifting when they clearly payed for the purchase. Thank god for the Dearborn police department that figured it all out as a lie and set the Walmart security straight. Thank you Dearborn police. Keep up the great work.

The front counter don't don't waste any time getting things orchestrated. The head Pharmacist is very helpful as well as the rest of the staff, and makes you feel confident before you leave from whatever inquiries you've may of had or over the phone!

I've been going to this pharmacy on and off for year's and I always have a great experience. The entire staff are friendly and very knowledgeable.

Now I know why people steal from Walmart. Something had no barcode on it so I hit the assistant button in self check out, the cashier legit turns doesn't come over to me an says can't help you with no barcode. I should've just shoved it in my bag. Your customer service here is awful.

This Walmart pharmacy has the best customer service. They go they extra mile if there is a problem. I moved some distance away, but I drive all the way back because other Walmarts aren't as helpful and courteous. The store is a different matter. Don't shop there.
