They were friendly but i thought they spent too much time per customer. They store was getting really crowed and they only had two people working there.

This location is absolutely terrible I would avoid this location at any cost possible I went in signed in on the little log book that one of the actual employees help me with wanting to start up new service and to transfer my old service onto my brand new phone that I just purchased there was five employees in that store with 20 customers all waiting only one employee was out in the front and he was the one that was sort of everything when I mentioned to him why are the other employees out here helping he told me one was a regional manager who does not do anyting and the other is a store manager who is not able to do things either. Threw me for a loop because I've never heard of a store manager not helping and the other employees were just either walking around on their phones on video chat

Had to get my new phone paired with my old one. Thank goodness a representative named Marcus greeted me at the door. He was great! Did everything to get my new phone in sync and working. He didn't rush me, and explained everything to me.Thank you Marcus for you patience.

I would avoid this location at all cost. I live down the street from this location and it's very convenient but I drive 30 min to the next one just to avoid the terrible customer service here. Do your employees go through any training on providing good customer care? In a few months my phone will be paid off and I will be leaving Verizon just for the simple fact they don't hire quality employees that display professionalism and good customer care.

My husband and I went to this store today so he could switch from sprint to Verizon after i just recently switched to Verizon, I however didn’t have the best experience at a different location when i switched over, my husband chose to still switch but we tried this location and we had the best experience there. Carole was our sales associate and she was so patient with us since we had our two children with us, she explained each and detail of every single plan before we decided to continue to move forward, we were indecisive a little but she made the visit so reassuring. Me and my husband walked out knowing we will be long time verizon customers because of her so thank you so much again!

I needed a new phone and plan. Randy was amazing and we got the deal done. When I got home I realized I didn't get a receipt. The sale happened on June 5 21, I can NOT get anyone at the store to answer the phone. Seems like all calls are forwarded to corporate Verizon. They cant access the receipt for what ever reason and it isn't on my MyVerizon acc app either. Can the local store call me so I can get the receipt emailed to me please? Ive also tried calling the number Randy gave me 3 times and the voicemail is full. I have a broken back and cant go to the store to pick this receipt up. Please advise. Ill change the rating as soon as I hear from someone at that store.

Bought a phone here last week, ordered screen protectors through them, had them delivered to my house. Went in to have the protector installed, apparently nobody knows how to do it, so they get the manager to do it. Must have been in a rush, because he totally fked it up. There aren't even bubbles , just ripples and sticky stuff under the shield. I asked about it and they said it'll all come out. Yeah right it's clearly ruined, like this isn't the first phone I've gotten. All in all screwed up my new phone cover, wasted 40 bucks and they told me to contact otter box for an exchange. Complete waste of time and money. Don't go hereUpdate: Otterbox charges you for a replacement even if it is warranty. So Verizon scammed me out of 10 bucks on top of this hassle
