Very unprofessional service. Took in my expensive suede shoes and made sure to double check with the guy if he could clean the shoes without ruining them, and he was very confident that he could do an amazing job at cleaning them. When I went to pick up the shoes they were in terrible condition, much worse than when I had dropped them off. What were once suede and white were all scruffed and scratched and had turned yellow. The guy could not give me an explanation as to why the shoes were ruined nor could they provide us with how they were cleaned. Tried multiple times to reach out to the guy who cleaned my shoes but employees were not helpful and claimed they don’t know when he works (how doesn’t someone know when an employee works.) would not advise anyone to get their shoes cleaned here unless looking to get their shoes completely damaged

Huge selection, had the most off white sneakers i have yet to see at any store in Michigan. Ended up picking up two pairs of sneakers, one used and one brand new for me & my wife. Ended up living up to our expectations.

My grandson got a pair of new Jordans for his birthday today. An older gentleman helped us out my measuring his foot. He made sure we bought the right size. They also gifted us a cleaning kit for the holiday which was very kind. Me and my family will definitely be back.
