Excellent service. Chuck was very easy going, and a complete gentleman. I purchased a classic 87 Lincoln town car from him in great condition Via online and cellphone communication.I live out of state in Illinois. He Arranged a shipping Carrier to deliver to my house. With in less than 5 days the car was delivered. And when the carrier service increased the delivery price by $50, he covered the expense on his end. I am very happy with Platinum auto. Thank you for such great service.

Zero stars. I'm never one to write a poor review. But in this case, it's my absolute duty to inform you, do NOT buy a car here.I’m outraged. I came here to purchase a 2014 Cadillac SRX that was listed by Kall Hassan at Platinum Financial Auto Sales.After going to look at the car, falling in love with it, and placing a $500 deposit on it, we went home only to find that this vehicle- which Kall assured us was in “perfect condition” and “had never been in an accident” was a total loss by the insurance company! This information wasn’t previously disclosed to us, so we certainly dodged a bullet thanks to paying for the CarFax.We informed Kall that we found out the car he was selling us had been in an accident, and only THEN did he decide to send us the photos of the car from when it was damaged. We told him we no longer wanted to purchase the car, and he told us he would get our deposit refunded right away.However, it’s been over a month now, and even though Kall assured us that the deposit is 100% refundable, he is refusing to pay us back our money.We informed the dealership of this, and they told us “we don’t deal with Kall. We just allow him to sell cars here, so if he stole your money, we’re sorry. Don’t call here again.”I was appalled. How do you just allow some random car salesman to sell shady cars on YOUR lot? And when they refuse to give your clients their money back, you say “don’t call here again” ??I’m out my deposit and disgusted by the way they run their business.If you plan to buy a car, PLEASE do yourself an enormous favor and go somewhere else. Do not trust these people.

Great service and prices. The people here are very detailed and seem like their very honest. They have a lot.of different types of cars to look at. You can buy your car outright or set up some financing. Interest doesn't seem like it gets to bad. Also when you buy a car they have up to a four year warranty plan you can also purchase which isnt to pricy.

Bought a 2001 wrangler off mike last winter with the "immaculate" tag on it. It was for my wife and kid to be in for the winter. Asked him if it had the "TJ" frame rust and he was like. Nope good. Month in, both rear lower control arms broke off. Winter is approaching and reminded we to tell this place to get bent...
