Poor communication. Confused Sales Manager. Answered my emails with only 3 - 7 words. Paid at their website for parts . Took 9 days!!! to get any information on my order until i asked and twisted their arm, and 1 extra day to find out they didn't have one of the items on my order and of course already paid in stock, at any of their "warehouses". Plus they wanted more money ($57) to ship the incompleted order. Filed a complaint with PayPal and got my money back. You will be lucky if your order is in michigan but if the parts are located in South Korea get ready to deal with someone who clearly doesn't understand basic English!

So we ordered new visors for my wife's Chevy Equinox on Feb 8. They where delivered on Feb 14. ( wow fast shipping) Unfortunately we returned the product on Feb 17 due to having stamped words on the visor that where not present on the photo of said item. Talked to the "salesman" on the item being returned with their shipping label. It has been now over 30 days with no response either to e mail or phone call placed at their business. So with that in mind let our cautionary tale from real consumers be your guiding light.

I placed an order for floormats for my 2020 Hyundai Elantra and received floormats for Model years 2017 to 2019 according to the packing slip. This does not fit my year and I emailed them that day on how to handle them sending the wrong item, this was 12 days ago and multiple emails of which none were answered. Very upsetting that my concerns are being ignored. I don't want a refund or a discount on a future purchase, I just want the correct item I payed for. Horrible customer service.

Good quality oil filters at a reasonable price and they even included oil drain plug gaskets. I'll look for more products from them in the future.

This company is amazing. They were closing but gave me their cell phone number and had my order ready the following morning to ship. Easy great communication I would refer these guys to everyone.

I purchased 2 rear triangle decorative window covers for my Kia Soul and loved the way they looked. I had a problem with the tape adhering and one fell off. Bob sent 2 new ones free of charge. Those were applied and BOTH came off, which he said had never happened before with other buyers. Bob gave me a full refund, although I did love those covers on my Soul. Don't hesitate to buy from Four Green Auto Parts. The communication and business ethics are just the BEST! Here is a pic of my car with the parts. Pretty "cool" huh?

The price may have been right, however the headache of receiving the wrong product and then not getting the prpoer communication from this company is disturbing. I read the reviews that explained exactly what was going to happen to me but I still chose to give them a chance. I wish I didnt. I ordered the right window vents for my Kia Optima 2020 was sent 2021 K5 product. Bob contacted me and did everything right to make me feel better about my issue. Refunded me and gave me a free item. I will now attempt to purchase from them again.

I bought a 2017 Hyundai Accent plastic undercarriage floor pan (splash guard) and with shipping cost ($43 on a $42 part) and taxes it was still a good price $89-paid for it and then emailed them to see if another part could be added to the order without incurring more shipping costs-so far so good. The additional part was $7.00 and they not only couldn't they ship them together, but they wanted $211 to ship the additional part (engine splash guard)! To top it off, they also wanted an additional $97 to ship the part I had already paid for!!! Wow!

Recently purchased a 2016 Kia Soul and decided to add the window sun/rain visors to both the front and back windows. Found FourGreen Auto Parts website, checked the reviews and ordered. The order was placed on a Thursday afternoon and received it on Monday. Easy to order, fast shipping and the product is perfect. Already put on the vehicle. Great Shop! I am from Germany and i ordered some parts for my (in Germany) very exotic Kia Borrego. Fourgreen (special thanks to "Bob") answered my questions immediately and competently. The most parts were in their Korean warehouse, the missing parts were procured promptly. After all parts were availiable in the Korean warehouse, they sent it as soon as possible with FedEx. The parts arrived save and undamaged in Germany only 45 hours after shipping from Korea! The shipping took sometimes longer within Germany... so it couldn't go any better! Thank you very much and you surely know where i place my next order if i need more spareparts for my Borrego...

Nightmare in getting a response on a item that needs shipping to be quoted. I've used them a year ago with no issues, this time I ordered a Fender liner and an automated message stated that I will be contacted within 24 hours with a shipping charge. It's been 10 days, I've emailed their support email 2x and I tried calling 3x. Frustrated Customer.
