Worst ever! Please stay away for 2k a month you can definitely find something way better nothing luxury out there beside their insane rent which they keep getting it higher for no reason , trashy small sized apartments, extremely thin walls you can literally listen to each phone call made by your neighbors and more , weed smell everywhere, they broke into my apartment twice and my neighbor car was broke into last month .
Bugs, spiders,mice... are all over the place
And the list go on..
Do your self a favor go find you somewhere else with half their rent ! 2k a month for a trash? What a joke!

If I could give this place a 0, that’s what I would rate it. First off, this place is the furthest from “luxury” it’s actually the opposite. There was an infestation of earwigs and cockroaches in the apartment. After contacting the management, they sent out an exterminator which never resolved the issue instead they multiplied???. So disgusting I don’t recommend this place at all it’s not even clean.

I want to give a huge shout out and Thank you to Jennifer Parks for making my permanent transition move from TN to Michigan a breeze. Jennifer has excellent on time communication skills, and her follow-Up and follow-through is impeccable.Also I want to personally Thank You again for all your support during this transition. At first glance this place may seem nice but all the "renovations" they did is cheap paint and glue. The buildings are dirty and the management team is super rude. Avoid this place at all cost.

The management team is horrible!! Before signing the lease they’ll pretend to be nice but once they have you locked in with a contract they will go out of their way to harass you with hidden things in the contract that you didn’t know about.

i would not recommend living here.if you have a question and need to call/email the leasing office, expect a 2-3 week wait before they answer you, if they ever do.i have called and left emails of questions and have never heard back, multiple times.also the entry gates were supposed to be down and working in November of 2022 according the the leasing office. it is now January 2024 and they are still not down. after telling me privately and the other tenants over multiple emails that they would be down in the summer of 2023, they were never put down and never got an update.the only good thing i can say is the maintenance men were very helpful and nice, as for the leasing office staff, i can’t come close to saying the same thing. they were short and rude and never responded in a timely manner unless money was involved in the conversation.there are plenty of apartments in dearborn for the same price or cheaper (that are bigger and better) where you won’t be lied to, charged ridiculous prices, and ignored for weeks by the leasing office.

Place is terrible, I set up a appointment for a tour on Sunday at noon which they said it was available. I waited till about 12:20 and no one showed up. I called the office today at 10:00 am which it says they are open and no one answered.
