The woman I spoke with on the phone and interacted with on Sunday, January 28th in the store (I believe her name started with a D, perhaps Destiny or Desiree?) was SO incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind to my 12 year old son and I. He is autistic and non verbal, and she was just so sweet with him! I'm so happy they had the shoes he wanted. Its rare he is passionate about a particular piece of clothing or accessory he wants, and I have never seen him more enthusiastic about a pair of shoes as he was these.

Went I’m on Sunday and customer service is horrible nobody greeted us as we entered all the staff is standing around talking to each other, flirting, having you measure your own feet, not willing to call affiliated stores for your size. I recommend classes on customer service and putting an adult in charge of these immature children. I will not be spending any money at this location ever. I suggest that you don’t either

My daughter went to pay for the tennis shoes and they made her 116 dollars with something and she didn't notice and I gave the boy 140.00 what I gave him to pay and the boy kept the 20.00 dollars, he only returned 3 dollars with a few cents
