After reading the reviews some good and some not so good I decided to give this place a chance and I am so glad I did. I opened a pizza/ ice cream place and they had everything I was looking for. The good thing is they carry new and used equipment which really helped me to save money on equipment i couldn’t but new right now. They have tons of experience and knowledge in equipment to help me choose the things I was looking for. If you haven’t visited them before you should they have a great staff and customer service goes above and beyond.

They really have the best prices and he honors his warranty. I've bought a lot of appliances from him just on the past 2 years. I give it 5 stars not because it's some luxury experience but because it is what is advertised and they're always friendly and work with me.

I would provide a “0” star for customer service/satisfaction if I could. My husband and I just pulled up to the store at 6:07p.m. There was an employee sitting outside with a torch..And the lady comes and turn the sign to closed right in our faces..Good customer service to me would have been to service the customers because I neglected to do my job, by turning the sign to closed before customers arrived and parked. The door wasn’t even locked yet..Mind you we pulled up looking to purchase “commercial” refrigerator, freezer, stove, 3 compartment sink, and tables..***I WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE. I’ll pay more money for delivery before I patronize this circus.
