I came to the dealership thinking that I had one problem with my car and I ended up having no problems with my car, thanks to Ed in the service department. Ed went above and beyond for me. He was very honest with me and being a female and having car problems having someone being honest is definitely hard to come by. Everyone At the dealership was so wonderful and friendly. Jafar in the service department also was very helpful with answering all of my questions and took time to explain things to me. I even spoke to some employees that said that they love working there. Nissan of Dearborn has my business!!!!!

I had an appointment at Nissan of Dearborn for an oil change and tire rotation. My service tech, Zaid, a.k.a Z, was AWESOME! He offered me my own private office space to work in while I waited. I was in and out within an hour. Thanks again, Z, see you next time!
