Andrea is the best. She took very good care of our " zeus". It was his first time to have a spa day. He will have another next month. His nails look wonderful and he smelled amazing! We are all very happy. Thank you Andrea

Andrea is the only groomer I have ever trusted with my elderly cat (she's 16 at the time of writing this, and we've been coming here for years). Not only does she take the time to understand the pet parents, but the animals as well. My Suki is a very sassy girl, but Andrea handles her beautifully. She took the time to figure out what the best shampoo to use for her coat is (she's a Ragdoll mix with hyperthyroidism, and is quite small for her breed) and is very gentle with her. I also have seen her help the strays in the area as well. A true animal lover. I unfortunately have to move away but I won't be going to another groomer that isn't recommended in some way by Andrea. I hope to see her again. My only regret is not coming to get Suki groomed here more often.This is THE BEST groomer in south eastern Michigan.

I can't believe this! I was so excited to try a new grooming service near home! The lady was very nice at the drop off. However, at the pick up I was asked for payment before I could see my dog. When I saw my dog I knew why. The hair cut was choppy and very uneven. Their fur doesn't have a fresh scent to it. Not even a bow was put on them. The grooming does not look professional at all. I wouldn't recommend.

My dog did not look professionally groomed. Cut is choppy looking, uneven, ears not evenly cut. This is a shi zu who was not matted and had been groomed two months ago. When I mentioned I wanted her cut lower she refused. Will not be returning. Not worth the $55 service fee. Do not recommend period.

Answer the phone very rudely always in a hurry to get you off the phone and to make an appointment you have to wait 3 months I'll pass for that every time I drive by did nobody in there
