Zero Stars. Had an appointment for a passport and was in line at scheduled time. Got to the front of line and was told I'm late. Slow workers blaming customers for being late when you can't finish your work on time.

Customer service lady, her name, Maria she’s not supposed to be in this position at all she always make excuses so she can get rid of her job and she always eating during work supervisors and manager at this location very professional

Worst post office I’ve ever been to I put a package in the drop box 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been scanned and they don’t answer my phone calls it’s ridiculous how lazy they are

I went to the Dearborn Heights USPS office to get 2 passport applications, the supervisor gave me one passport application and one information packet that has the same first page as the passport application. I did not find out about it until I went home, and I had to miss my passport appointments that day. So I went back to the USPS office to get another application and to make new appointment. I asked for one extra application in case I make a mistake filling it (if you make a mistake, you can't correct and need to fill a new application). An employee told me that she cannot give me an extra copy because they have to make more copies, and that only the supervisor can make copies. The same supervisor, who later said her name is Chantel, came to argue with me about why I need another copy, and then she got a copy from under the desk, and she did not have to make more copies as previously claimed. I asked the supervisor to stop arguing with me, and that all I need is to get the applications and make new appointment. She told me "I am a supervisor so I can not argue with you" and turned her back and left away. I stood there at the passport desk waiting to make new appointment, while the employees called 3 people before me, and I had to let them know twice that I am still waiting to make a new appointment.

Kerri who works there is a rude employee. I had went up to the counter without a pen as I accidentally forgot one at home, I figured I could borrow one of there pen's instead of driving all the way back home and coming back. I was wrong. Kerri had a pen in hand and said that was her pen and she wasn't giving it up. She asked the worked next to her if she had a pen, the worked next to her picked a pen up off of the computer and said 'yeah, here you go' Kerri then goes 'no. That's your pen. They need a different one'. The other worked wasn't even using that pen that Kerri claimed as hers. The worker then grabbed another pen off of the computer and said 'then they can have this one. I'm not using it'. Kerri then proceeded to roll her eyes and put the pen on the counter and told me to step out of line and get back in. As I was waiting in line again, Kerri was checking out a gentleman and gave him a marker and let him stay in line as he wrote down the address. She unfortunately checked me out again, and didn't say a word to me and didn't even say thank you or have a nice day even after I gave the pen back and told her I'm so sorry about the inconvenience. I will not be going here again, I would rather go to the UPS store right down the strip or go to a completely different post office. This was by far one of the worse experiences I've had, I've had many but I gave the work place the benefit of the doubt especially since they deal with so many people on a day to day basis but I didn't expect to get reaction over me asking for a pen.

I dropped packages off in the basket for reasy labels at the entrance, after 3 days from dropping it was still showing that it is not scanned.I went and talked to manager, she said that maybe you didn't drop it maybe you lost it. After a week the package is scanned.I had to get a bad review for delayed shipping and had to refund the customer while the package was laying down somewhere in the storage.And believe it or not that's not the first time they do that.

We went to this post office to try to get a label printed to send some thing back Terrible service I will never go back The post office in Dearborn is much better

I had a passport renewal appointment for my daughter today at 11:45 am. I arrived at 11:30 am and found out I was missing a document. I went back home I literally live two minutes away. Anyhow I made it back at exactly 11:45 and Maria (clerk) refused to help me and stated that we must reschedule because we are late. I tried to reason with her that I initially arrived early and Im exactly on time for the appointment. People I’m boiling writing this. I never leave reviews good or bad. I have been discriminated against in the past but not to this extent. I hate to say this but they are so racist except for the two black guys Shawn and the other black guy. Maria the Asian needs to get fired asap.
