I will NEVER be back.. if you do not like your job the don't go to work... but when a customer comes in needing a check engine light read please do not give attitude because it's raining..... that is your job.. then when I ask not to be rude to me you said "I didn't say anything "....... you didn't ha e to buddy it was your body language. All because you had to do your job in the rain... this place has turned into a joke..... I will be going elsewhere from now on

The store is dark. They have no idea what they're doing. I I will go to o'reilly harren davison or ross The store's extremely dark. Nobody knows what they're talking about. And nobody cares to deal with you. O'reilly's extremely friendly, and they will spend the time with you and actually gets to know you more than just what you need, and they will always find What You Need.

I bought wiper blades.Charles did a fabulous job putting them on my car.He had the old ones off and the new ones on in under 30 seconds.

I have always had positive and friendly experiences at AutoZone. Today Angel J was incredibly rude and brash and has horrible customer service. She even shook her finger at me. I won’t feel comfortable going into this location while she is there. I do have to add that Chad C was wonderful and tried to make up for the bad experience.

I needed my engine light checked. I stopped at oreilleys first actually and the guy couldn't even find where to connect his reader. Once he thought he "found" it, it didn't fit (it wasn't where it should be connected anyway). So due to his lack of confidence and 0 help, I went to auto zone. Greated by 2 employees immediately, one lady with braids in a bun i think, didn't catch her name but she definitely radiated happiness in my opinion. Then the gentleman who helped me with my car. Joel B I think, has a nice beard. Also a great employee and WAAAY more knowledgeable than the o'Reilly guy lol he showed me where it should actually be plugged in at and explained what my code may mean. I love when stores have good customer service so thank you to both of them!
