Zeke helped me a month ago when i stopped by to check if i wanted to do a trade in for the new iphone15, he got the key to the display phone just so i can see it in my hands. he was very helpful answering my questions and concerns for a trade in, i ultimately decided to proceed with the trade in and he was very helpful making sure everything transferred over. dont pay attention to the negative reviews about Zeke because he went above and beyond. Would 10/10 recommend people to see Zeke

Zeke and Nicole are outstanding Verizon employees. They welcomed us immediately, listened intently to our problem and solved it. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased two I-phones and additional accessories they recommended. THIS will be the ONLY Verizon store we will visit in the future because of these two employees and their excellent service.Jim and Ann Marie

Make sure you get Joesph when you come in!! Joeseph was great. Friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. He went beyond our expectations during a complex upgrade to explain everything to our satisfaction... and even went further to see if different upgrades would help even more (and they did!!)

Joe was referred to us by a family friend. The initial delivery of one of our phones ran into some trouble during shipping, and was delayed. It came in about a week and a half later than what was expected, and Joe went absolutely above and beyond to make things right for us. He had both of my daughters outfitted with new iPhones, all the accessories, everything downloaded onto the new phones, a great discount, and out of the door in less than one hour.This organization took a situation that was a bit negative, and turned it into a super positive. Very good people here, I will refer them, and will honestly never go anywhere else for anything phone related.

I came in thinking I would only need a new SIM card or something simple, but I actually needed a new phone. Mine was kind of old. Anyway, Joe got me a new phone and didn’t try up upsell me a more expensive one. He was excellent at his job and VERY personable. It was a good experience all around.

The customer service at this location is top tier. Zeke was helpful, polite, and clearly communicated every step of my phone buying experience. I watched him interact with customers young and old and even difficult while I was there, and he managed each interaction positively and appropriately. I'd feel confident recommending this Verizon location and Zeke to anyone.

"Zeke" was amazing. Not only was he extremely knowledgable, but he treated me with respect and concern and acted liked he really cared and was actually listening to me. Zeke should should teach other new Verizon employees customer service. All new employees should "shadow" Zeke for several days to learn how to treat a customer!!!

Greatly appreciate the help in replacing my current phone**Update: Just wanted to share my experience in hopes of preventing someone else from having an unexpected bill. I went into the store to replace my phone, was offered a Mother's Day promotion, which included a Smart watch, and was told my bill would only increase by about $36. Unfortunately, it looks like I was not given a true break down. The increase to my replaced phone was $37 but the addition of a line that was added for the Smart watch (which I have since learned is not actually necessary to use it) was $27.59 so my bill actually increased by $65. It looks like $17 of that was due to the protection plan being added (which I've since removed) This has been a good lesson & reminder to always ask for a detailed printed bill estimate prior to signing

Just switched to Verizon today! Joe assisted me. He is extremely professional, personable and has a positive attitude. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind, as well. I have not experienced this level of customer service in a very long time! Thank you, Joe, for making this transition pleasant and seamless. (And yes, not nearly as painful as a root canal - which I had compared it to! Haha) I'm so glad I've made the switch to Verizon.
