I can’t believe Costco in Green Oak Michigan only has one can & plastic bottle return machine. Been standing here for 33 minutes waiting for it to become available.
Person in front was down to the last few cans and the machine went out of order. ?
Now 36 minutes…
Spent 48 minutes simply returning a few empty cans. Midday Wednesday. Ugh!

My husband needed an help at the self checkout, so he called the person who was standing there for the help, yet she ignored him completely. He called her three times. Also, this is not the first time, he felt the racism from the person. Is she racist? As an asian, I shall not shop at this costco at all? Why do I need to feel bad after shopping at this location? Please do something about this problem.

Kelly G. was incredibly rude to me when I attempted to return a brand new food item (still sealed) that I had purchased. The reason for my return was that Kirkland changed the ingredients of the food and I did not notice until I brought it home. She gave me terrible attitude and told me that my return was not in the “spirit” of their return policy. I am an executive member and this was my first time returning anything from Costco. I am really disappointed.

Typical Costco. Good place to buy in bulk. I always seem to spend double what I expected but it's good prices. Watch out for the card police at the door... lol
