I just got a drug test at another place today. This place was horrible. The one lady was on her phone half the time, and was yelling at me. Customer service was terrible. I had to talk in the lobby cause I was not aloud back. I'd recommend scheduling somewhere else. Most unprofessional atmosphere I've ever seen.

I had paperwork sent over for vital blood work that had to be pulled today. When I walked in for my appointment I was called back and there was only one person working in the whole facility who did not know where to find things and could not find my paperwork that was faxed over literally the day before. She then told me she could not find it and walked into another room to start doing other things in a couple minutes later when she walked back out and saw me still standing there I asked her what I was supposed to do and she looks startled that I was still in the building and she told me that there was nothing she could do for me, goodbye. I will never return to this location again and I will never recommend quest to anyone. I am now not able to get blood work for the next three days and will be traveling out of town.

I wish I could give this place negative stars BUT only towards one person!! Specifically Jackie.... I go into this quest diagnostic center because it was a specific quest given to me by my school as the quest I needed to have my services completed. I recently moved to a different area and unfortunately this was the closest quest to me. An hour drive (what a waste of gas). I get to the facility and I notice a change in the kiosk. Through the many times I've been to quest in the last month for blood draws I was aloud to do walk ins and get serviced rather quickly. An never had a poor experience like this one with a staff member. This change I was unaware of. It was that I needed to have an appointment to be serviced. After driving an hour I arrive a little after noon. But the only available appointment is at 1:40. And with me working at 2 pm that time frame would not work. I selected the help option to see if there was a way I could be squeezed in quickly because the test I was there for was a simple and quick process. One I have done at quest sites many times. However, when trying to explain my situation to Jackie she continued to cut me off telling me "I needed to select a time on the kiosk to be serviced" I kept trying to explain that I was not able to select the earliest l availability which was at 1:40 because I worked at two. Trying to ask if there was a way I could be seen anyway because my test was time sensitive and deadline was approaching. I work full time and go to school part time so this was the only time I had available to complete my test by the deadline set by my school. The entire time of me trying to explain my situation to Jackie she continued to cut me off and was not even trying to hear what I was saying. Instead she was being incredibly rude and unprofessional. I myself work in healthcare and understand that everywhere is incredibly short staffed and the appointment change at quest was probably and effort to reduce overwhelming the staff even more than what they already were. However, being in healthcare I know how to treat patients you should always treat them with kindness and respect with an understanding that everyone's situation is different. Healthcare is primarily a customer service. And if you are unable to adapt and be patient with others while also understanding where people are coming from with busy lives and being able to show compassion and respect. Then you should not be in customer service type field. Once Jackie cut me off for the third time stating I needed to select a time on the kiosk I stated she did not have to be rude. She then said "I'm not being rude I've explained this to you multiple times. And you're not understanding" as she's saying this she throws the pamphlet she was holding down on the table and backs into the office and closes the door in my face. I then left and went to my care to explain to my school why I will not be able to meet the deadline they made. Then called that quest facility where this incident with Jackie unfolded. I spoke with the manager of that branch and explained the situation. I spoke with Ciara. Who assisted me and was explaining more on the policy change of having an appointment. After speaking with Ciara I felt this issue truly needed to be addressed so I asked if I could have a higher up number. she gave me the supervisors number at the end of the phone call. After calling the supervisor she heard my complaints and was very kind stating they would be addressed. I hope this is true and something is done because I don't want anyone to go through what I had to. After leaving I drove another hour back home. I plan to go to a different facility for this test at a different quest location. Unfortunately the second facility that is offered to proved this test to me is an hour and a half away but I'll do anything to avoid the disrespect unprofessionalism I encountered with Jackie at this quest location.

Great service that allows you to turn your spare change into vouchers that can be redeemed at the store. The actual location of The kiosk isn't that hard to find being Right next to the customer service desk.
