“Any vet visit will hurt your pocket book, but i was shocked at how fair the prices were, and felt 0 pressure about any of it. They didnt judge as life can be complicated. They got my dog in the same day, and really seemed to know what they were talking about. More so then any other vet ive been to recently. They treated us, and our dog, incredibly well. For as detailed as they were, and with the tests i welcomed to be ran, it was a relatively quick visit. As quick as it could be with quality care. I hope my dogs health doesnt bring me back too much, but i most definitely will be a long term customer/client. Thank you guys for being what a vet should be! It means a lot to freaked out dog parents!!! (<3 Chimaira "Mira's" Mom)”
“Dr. Brooks is an amazing vet, the vet techs as well! If your dog is going through diabetes Insipidus or you think it’s a possibility, this is your place to go. I thought I was lost with my lab, until I met Dr. Brooks! Very well and very professional. I would rate 6 stars if possible. Thank you brooks animal clinic!”
“We recently began working with Wadhams Road Animal Clinic after our vet retired. Even though they are a bit understaffed, I have found them to always be very caring and friendly. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable. The Vet is top notch and explained my elderly dogs treatment options to relieve her hip and joint pain. Based on his recommendation, my dog has had great success. In a matter of days, she was running around the backyard once again. My dog always hated going to the vet until we started here. Now, it’s like she almost looks forward to going!”
“Dr. Stacy and team are super understanding and accommodating. The prices are reasonable, and this clinic truly isn't all about money. They want to see your animals happy and healthy.”
“Although this office is very busy, I highly recommend. 2 years ago I had a very traumatic experience at another hospital with my baby. The other hospital, Black River Clinic, gave me two options: put your dog down now or pay 10k for surgery. I decided to leave the building and came here after it was recommended by two family members. That decision was one of the best I made.
My dog had cancer that the other hospital missed the first appointment, and a collapsed lung as well. She was in a lot of pain, but I could tell she had strength and will to live. I brought her here and they drained the fluid so her lung would no longer be collapsed. This helped her greatly. I remember them doing some other things for pain relief, but it is fuzzy in my memory. They charged me a fraction of what the other vet did. It seemed like they truly cared about my baby. After her appointment, she wagged her tail and had energy I hadn’t seen in awhile. She pulled through another month with me, and peacefully passed away in my arms one night after work. I’m so glad I came here instead of feeling trapped by the other options and that the doctors here gave me so much more compassion and understanding.”
