If you shop here for a used car, make sure you get a warranty. They’ll push one on you anyway, but you need one. My wife and I bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler, spent 20 grand, only for the check engine and throttle control light to come on the very next day. Suddenly the heat doesn’t work nor does the engine temperature rise to a normal level, and the tires don’t seem to hold air, which was noted during our test drive and we were informed they would put air in the tires and be fine. They couldn’t get us in to service for a week, we’ve maybe put 50 miles on this Jeep and more than half of them were driving to the dealership. The service department wants to charge us out of pocket for what the warranty may not covered, even though we haven’t owned the vehicle for more than a week. What’s the point of the warranty? This place has no common decency, only sleezy car dealerships sell you a vehicle with hidden issues only to charge you more money. Job security I guess. Do yourself a favor and get a warranty, or do yourself one better and just don’t buy a vehicle from this dealership. Our salesman Jesse was nice, sadly, we only saw him for about 5 minutes, when the sales manager took over and told me I needed to talk sense into my wife and provided to talk down to her. Don’t go here.
UPDATE: Here we are again, back in service. We have owned this vehicle for roughly 8 months, and SO FAR this vehicle has been into service at the Clio location 3 times. This time, the check engine comes on, and then the entire cluster flashes on and off, and the radio, and the lights flicker. If this wasn’t a manual vehicle I’m sure the engine would completely shut off as well. Clearly a life and safety issue. Clearly bringing in a Jeep to a Jeep dealer they would know how to fix Jeeps…guess not. After several conversations with Gene, one of the service techs at Randy Wise, and the Jeep being in the shop for over a week, we were told nothing. Erroneous codes, they said, we re-did the grounding on the star connections they said, check engine light shouldn’t come on again they said. The drive home the check engine light came on, within the first 10 or 15 minutes of driving it. So, my wife goes back. She was told “sometimes satellite arrays can cause check engine lights to come on” by Gene. Really? So they got the light to go off, said they forgot something and said it wouldn’t come back on. So, we head home again. Immediately the light comes on again. Pull back into the service department only to be told…nothing. We have no idea what is wrong with this vehicle, because clearly THEY have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Another diagnostic was done, another test drive was done and again, the code was cleared and we were told the issue wouldn’t arise again. Clearly there’s an electrical issue that is happening and they can’t get to the bottom of it but apparently have no desire to continue looking.
Other issues are still not fixed with our vehicle are the parking brake (it’s a manual vehicle) and the tires have always leaked, the salesman told us they were just low and fill them up and 8 months later we still have to fill up the tires every week. Of course, these issue aren’t covered by the few thousand dollar warranty we purchased.
All in all, Randy Wise in Clio is terrible. Do not go here, ever. I wouldn’t even buy a new car from this location. Don’t get your car serviced here, don’t buy a used car here. You will regret it 100%.
Then to top it all off, our paper work states we are refusing service because we don’t feel like we should have to pay for these issues, and they won’t pay for selling us a vehicle with issues that should’ve been found by the inspection they supposedly did, but clearly did not. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP.
Go to Randy Wise in Durand. Better people, and better prices.

Do not buy from this dealer!!! If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Thursday morning I decided I was going to call them & schedule a test drive. I gave them a call & who I had spoken to was Carrie. We discussed a great time to test drive the vehicle I was much interested in. At the end of the phone call I specifically told her “Please let me know if anything changes,” Her response was, “yes will do, it will save you the trip.” So I arrive Friday at 2pm ready for my test drive & apparently they don’t have the car because one of their employees drove it home. After being very disappointed they try to get me to drive some other cars on the lot. Specifically one that was in, “2x better condition than the one I came to drive” “mint condition,” he says. After looking around the vehicle for not even 5 seconds I noticed MULTIPLE dents & scratches on the hood & painted over rust. (The car I came to drive didn’t have any scratches, dents or rust.) If that is what they call mint condition then nobody should even think about buying a car from their lot. Just saying, if you schedule a test drive don’t expect the car to be there when you get there. Again very disappointed.

They got me approved for a vehicle & extended warranty which is greatly appreciated, however, my vehicle now is back there due to losing horsepower... no loaner & I have to pay for cost of rental out of pocket... I have only had it since April... after getting the rental for said days to look at my vehicle, I receive a call this morning (Saturday) rectifying the issue & they are making it right!!!! Thank you Randy Wise for this great customer service to get this fixed!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!! people are nice but sneaky they screwed me all the way around found a leak in my car that would have been covered under my warranty never fixed it. Took it in 3 separate time and now they magically don’t have proof that I was there. All over this leak in which I’ve had oil changes there and they have it down that there was a leak and didn’t fix it now my engine blew cuz the leak was under the hood leaking into other part of my car which I just had to pay for a new starter just for my engine to blow not even a mile down the road and my warranty is up so now they won’t fix ANYTHING! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

We are not happy we bought a 2018 dodge durango last may and we were given 4 bald tires on it . And we took a trip upnorth just a week after purchasing the vehicle and realized that the radiator was leaking and brought it in and fixed the radiator then two weeks later the a/c went out in it. We spent 39,000 on this car and the service has not been good to us at all. I wouldn't buy another vehicle from here again
