Do not take your vehicle to Protech! I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. They changed my oil but didn’t properly reattach my skid plate so a few days later I discovered it hanging off of my car. They also did not rotate my tires but claimed they did for “free” and that is why there was no documentation on my receipt. Unfortunately, my husband took his truck in for brakes to be replaced and,within 5 hours driving on a busy road, the truck started shuttering! We had to have it towed to a nearby Tuffy where the mechanic discovered that the brakes were missing several screws! So that was scary! What a joke this place is!

We had three vehicles go down in a little over a week. Protech was extremely efficient in diagnosing and providing an affordable and quick estimate. All of our vehicles were repaired with quick turn around time which is an absolute must with how busy our business is. Great family and locally owned business. We will continue to return our vehicles for repairs here and are always grateful for the techs and good service we receive.

After not fixing the problem, still charged me. The owner texted me and asked how my experience was, I was honest and not very pleased, never heard anything back…never getting my business again. On top of that, what they told me was the issue, was not. Took it to a different shop and got it all handled

Kurt and Ed were fantastic! Fixed the issues with my jeep quickly. Didn’t try to up-sale me. They both were courteous and kind, very professional! I would highly recommend their services and I will not hesitate to return to Pro tech with any other issues I may have! Well done Gentlemen!

I rarely find myself compelled to write negative reviews, but my recent disastrous experience with Pro Tech has left me with no choice. I brought my previously leak-free Toyota Sienna to them for a routine transmission fluid change, hoping for preventative maintenance. Instead, I was met with incompetence and negligence that almost ruined my transmission.
Despite their misleading name, "Pro Tech," there's nothing “Pro” about this shop from start to finish. They took on the task they have no real expertise in solely to make a quick profit without considering the implications for their customers' vehicles. Now, my previously leak free and reliable Toyota is leaking transmission oil onto my driveway, and likely to develop premature transmission failure caused by their negligence.
Not only did they grossly overfill the transmission, causing oil to spray everywhere through the transmission breather tube, spilling oil onto exhaust system, filling the cabin with smoke and a foul smell, drenched my undercarriage with oil, but they also failed to reinstall the plastic cover and the 10mm bolts that should have been over the transmission fill plug went missing. This level of carelessness is alarming. When I called them back to address the issues they gave no apology and denied any wrong doing.
If Pro Tech was careless enough to overfill my transmission fluid and forget to reinstall a basic plastic cover, they could easily make other critical errors, like overfilling your engine oil or leaving your lug nuts loose on your wheels. Their lack of care in these fundamental tasks makes it hard to trust them with any aspect of vehicle maintenance or repair.
If you value your vehicle, your safety, and you don’t want similar issues and headaches. I strongly urge you to STEER CLEAR of Pro Tech, and not make the same mistake I made by taking your vehicle here. Their carelessness and incompetence, makes them a risk not worth taking. You have been warned!

They broke my daughter's door handle tried to blame it on her she is 18. They are not respectful when talking to clients on the phone. Would not recommend them to change a tire.

Took my car in for a new battery, the next day it’s dead again. Opened the hood to look and THERE IT WAS, MY ORIGINAL BATTERY. The dust marks proved it. I paid them $280 and all they did was try and charge my old battery, claiming they put a new one in. DISHONEST BUSINESS!!!

We needed to get more transmission oil put in and an oil change. The techs were unbelievably fast and professional, and the bill was so reasonable!! We will definitely go back to Pro Tech!Services: General repairs & maintenance
