Friendly cute front desk woman who always has the answers to your questions and a eagerness to help plus engages you in meaningful conversation while your they're.truly makes my day some afternoons just to have a nice person to talk to while getting my packages out. Will go here over the one in BC. Any day!!

I have nothing but praise and great appreciation for the Portage (MI) post office and all the people who work there. The folks behind the counter are always friendly, fast, and efficient. The parking is more than sufficient. The location is great. Even the selection of greeting cards is good. I hope that this location is never closed!

I have never been more disappointed in a post office then in Climax. First off, the post office is open till only 3:30p and for someone who works almost every week day I can't go in to pick up packages. Second I had over a week off for the holidays and the days they said they tried to deliver a package I was home all day waiting and they just threw a slip in my mailbox. Did not even attempt to deliver. This is the third time they have done this over the year.

This is my favorite post office in the Kalamazoo area. The staff are very friendly (and always smiling), the line usually goes fast, and if there is an enormous line, as there was today, someone will come out with a portable counter to help people with easy orders (package drop-off, stamps). There are several handicap spots right in front (thank you!) - the shortest walk from the handicap parking to the door of any of our local post offices. I will drive out of my way to go here, and am pleased that we have such a nice, clean, friendly post office.

They have a kiosk here, so you don't need to go to the counter to drop off a package.

If you want your mail to go out the same day then go to the window and it's always guaranteed same day out!!! :-)
