“I always have the best experience at this Centerline, MI location! im always pleasantly greeted with a smile and care from Toni, Felicia and Dan and it's been that way since my first visit years ago! In the course of running errands years ago, I needed to stop in to mail a few packages, letters and flats I had accumulated about 25 minutes before closing. Toni helped me out with a pleasant attitude, patience and accuracy. I have come back to this location for years as ALL the staff have ALWAYS treated me with patience, respect, kindness and most importantly, speed & accuracy.My only request is to the USPS Postmaster to please update, renovate and add ADA compliant entryways to outside and inside the building of this Centerline, MI location as well as ADA parking spaces. The entire staff, Centerline residents and ALL customers deserve a fresh, bright, modern and ADA compliant USPS Post Office facility. Other than the request to update the building, I love this USPS staff at the Centerline, MI location!?”
“Went there on the 29th of March for a passport appointment after getting appointments after appointments cancelled in Detroit, was late due to traffic , lady Deabra was very welcoming and squeezed me in. I appreciate it and I didn’t have all my stuff together, she helped me put my papers together and explained somethings to me , that’s good customer service, as a manager of a customer service group myself, I was very grateful that I didn’t have to reschedule, thank you deabra, loved your hair and overall appearance! Young lady that works the window in red wig is very much not nice, need to work in the back in your cheap looking wig , miss Deabra giving you a run for your money up in there , maybe that’s why you mean to people at the window.”
“Doesn’t really seem to be advertised from the street I suggest you follow your navigation closely. Not sure what the story is with parking. I parked on the side of the street in front of someones home not sure if that’s except-able but I was quick. Highly recommend this location my visit was fast and staff were professional and extremely helpful. Thank you!”

“Decent service, small retail space but all the postal amenities. Would recommend there are wait times when busy so expect some delays, limited parking, but people usually pull out fairly quickly. Street parking, handicap accessible but very heavy doors, so it may be limited access for some. Mailbox outside for easy drop off, but not a drive up style it's drop off, but you need to get out of the car to deposit your mail.”

“I went to this location to pick up a package and the way the line was ran was very efficient. The line was long but it moved fairly quickly. The employee and her manager who assisted me were very friendly. I live close by so I’ll be going to this location moving forward.”
“I called this post office today desperately trying to correct an address on a package that had been sent. The merchant I ordered from left off an apt #. I got a lovely gal on the phone who located the package and got the correct information on there for me. I had been phoning everywhere and couldn't get any help! I'm so grateful to her. I don't know her name, but she was awesome!”

“It appears as though this location is consistantly operated by just one postal service employee. She appears to be overworked. May be reason for her unfriendly demeanor. However i find that speaking to her with kindness & empathy brightens her attitude.”
“This cute little post office respectfully answered all the questions of the customer in front of me & I had very fast service myself. I had no issue being seen or with the business hours (I showed up at my lunch break at 11:50). I was in & out in 10 minutes.”
“Used the drop in mailbox to return a small package I already labeled on Monday at 5:50 or so, when there was a busy line is around 11 people. Within just 1 day they updated it at around 9:30 pm shown on ebay (then arrived elsewhere 1 hour later). I wish it was slightly earlier like at 6pm but that's still great updating time!”

28211 Southfield Rd, Lathrup Village“First of all, I need to explain the 5 stars because there is no doubt that this location has had, and still has; the same condescending, hating-life, inconsiderate, person employed at the Lathrup Village Post Office.Why the 5 stars then? Due to the new bright light named Jasmyne. She's professional, kind, quick and patient. She doesn't raise her voice, she doesn't treat customers like they aren't worth her time. She's a pleasant woman who does her job well. Say "Hi" to Jasmyne with a smile. She deserves your best you!”

20615 Fenkell St, Detroit“Great customer service, but be very careful driving up the driveway just to get in the parking lot. The driveway just messed up my bumper. Best to park on the street if you don't have a truck, so you won't take a chance in ruining your vehicle.”
“Customer service is not always the easiest position to have, but I have experienced them go over and Beyond to ensure that they helped me as much as they possibly could.”
“Our company had a skeleton crew on 12/31/21 and I called the PO to let them know that the mailman would have to come through a different gate. She called him while we were on the phone and he said he would meet me out front in 2 min and there he was. What a great example of customer service!”
“Now a days they have removed the option to ring the bell after getting inside the room. Handicap entrance button does not work even though there are markers telling us to get in by using the button”
“I had the best customer service here from Raven. She even took the time to interact with my daughter while she was helping me and I was filling out my mailing form.
She also helped me with the proper postage to make sure my son got a package in time! In a post Covid world excellent customer service can be very rare to find. Thank you Raven.
The facility itself is also relatively clean and it’s a quick in and out when getting your postal needs done.”
“Needed to mail a card. I had to ask for tape because the Hallmark card would not seal. The clerk informed me that she would have to charge me extra because of the shape of the card. (Square). She was very nice, she had to put the zip code on for me.”
“I don't know how I got so lucky but I had a great experience at this post office. I admitidly have only been in the post office once that I can remember as an adult. I have never needed to send verified mail before. When I walked in I was greeted by both employees, and (I feel so bad for not getting the name) the female postal worker came out to the keosk to walk me through sending the letter and sending it the right way. She offered this help paitently as I clearly had no idea what I was doing. While out there regulars were coming in to check thier boxes, she greeted them they all seemed to know eachother by name. It was almost like a family diner feel. So I don't know who is rude there but my interactions were 5 stars.”
“I put the wrong address on an important package and it was lost in an apartment complex next to the office I expected the delivery at. Velda Young found my package which was business cards and called my cell on the card to let me know she had them. She waited for me to come and meet her and gave me the package I had lost. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my package and saved me time, money and hassle of reordering. She has restored my faith in humanity and there are still great people out there who hold their profession on a higher standard than just another paycheck. Thank you Velda!!!”
