I have had a haircut and beard trim which is usually 28$ in total. i was charged with 43.7$ and i didn’t even know that i was charged until i checked my transactions. And when i called them asked them why was i charged 43.7$ they said i have added the tip of 10$ and total of 38$ and then they dont know why it is 43.7$. seriously which i didn’t even know off. I have also given tip of $5 more in cash unknowingly that they have already charged me with the tip. Seriously i didn’t expect this. Please check before paying for the services. They might charge extra without notifying you.

Our stylist was very kind and caring, but this is the second time she’s cut my son’s hair and my son’s haircut looked like someone took a weed wacker to his hair. It looked like I cut his hair, and I feel awful because I don’t even know if it can be fixed, and am worried kids are going to bully him at school with how terrible it looks.
This location is so close for us, but I can’t give this location anymore chances (I came back thinking maybe it was just me, but no). Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Will update this review with photos to illustrate just how terrible his cut was.

Great place with great professionals. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon. The wait was only 15 minutes and a haircut took about 20 minutes. It was fast, good quality and a good price. Love supporting local businesses! will be coming back for more.

My first visit for myself but my granddaughter comes here always. She told me how great it is so I went along. Sandy gave me the perfect cut & was very professional in her work. Im a senior & she made me very comfortable the whole time. My new salon!

I just needed a quick haircut, I utilize Great Clips often because I’m a full time student and work full time. I don’t need a lot done when I go in. I just needed an inch off. I also had a coupon. Nick took care of me for this visit. Nick took an inch off like I asked, then blow dried and styled it! I left the chair with my hair styled and feeling amazing, I felt so beautiful! Nick gave me his full attention throughout the entire interaction, from the moment I came in to the moment I left. He was kind the entire time as well, and I had fun! People like him remind us that kindness is still is out there!!

I will never go back to this Great Clips. I calmly told the person cutting my hair to not keep spraying my hair with water. The person yelled and screamed at me saying that I offended him. The manager witnessed the situation and did not back me up. I ended up getting a refund and I tried to explain the situation to the manager calmly. Then the manager got upset and told me to leave the store
