Buying a used vehicle there is a roll of the dice, I happened to get one with warped front brake rotors, and pads placed over rusted rotors, basically the most minimum hack repairs just to get it out the door, I sent an email explaining how dissatisfied I was, no response, said they never got it even though I showed the "service manager" the sent email. So then they make this out to be my fault that I paid another shop to fix all the issues that it had, they said I should've brought it to them, it was a holiday weekend and I wanted my car safe now not whenever they decide they can get it in. Were they going to fix it all for free? Of course not. It would've been my fault. The service manager was about as helpful and courteous as the desk he was sitting behind. Decided to explain that mechanic shops just want your money and these items didn't need work, well what do dealerships want? Your money- and this particular one will just patch it together to sell, rather than do some quality repairs and charge a little more for the car. I'll never give one cent again to Bowman Chevrolet, I'd recommend going literally anywhere else if you're looking for a used car. Buy it out of someone's driveway, you'll do better than giving these hacks any of your hard earned money.

This was the first time I bought a vehicle from this dealership and I worked with Ariel. She was very helpful and understanding of all of my needs and very easy to work with. I definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to give Bowman Auto Center a shot.

this is the second vehicle in under a year I have purchased from Bowman Auto. Both times we worked with Ariel she is very easy to work with and goes above and beyond to help her customers out. my second purchase I made with her she went above and beyond as I had been in an auto accident 3 weeks prior with a broken sternum. the process was mostly done via text or email she sent purchase agreement to my bank so I could do everything in 1trip if we liked the truck. And of course we did so our time was shortened and only done in 1 visit. thank you so for all your help!

I brought a Subaru from this place. I was talking with Arial. She was very friendly and were quick for any of my requests. Transmission was smooth and simple.

Bought a used car here roughly 20 months ago. It is still running very well. The price was extremely fair. They allowed me to take it to an independent mechanic, who diagnosed work that needed completion, but the cost was already marked off the blue book value. As many have noted, Ryan was the salesmen, and he was great. It did take FOREVER to get out the door, but that is often the case. I have no quarrels with them and will likely go back.

Just purchased a used Jeep. We saw it on their Facebook page and researched it before coming in and had pretty much decided to purchase it before even going in. Ariel was very friendly and professional, we would purchase from Bowman again.

Being a first time car buyer, Bowman auto center was super helpful and patience with me through the whole car buying process. Ryan and Joe both went above and beyond to help me with everything. There was a small door ding in the Jeep and they pulled it out for free for me! When I decided to pull the trigger and buy the Jeep they delivered it to me(2.5 hours away from the dealer)! I highly recommend Bowman auto center especially Ryan and Joe, top notch salesmen.

I went to Bowman Auto Center to purchase my first car and I had a great experience. Ariel was my salesperson and she was nothing but friendly and professional. She explained everything and answered every question I had. Would definitely recommend stopping by for your car needs.

I had a horrible experience here and would never reccommend anyone to step foot in the door. It started when the customer service people set me an appointment when they should not have. I knew we had a late appointment, but they did schedule it. We were extremley rushed. We couldn't even drive the vehical we came to test drive off the lot! There was something wrong with a sensor and continuously beeped, and the elevtric in the car didn't work. Not to mention the sliding door door was broken with no mention of that online. When we couldn't drive the car off the lot, our " Sales guy pretty much said sorry, you have to leave. They're locking us out at 6. (Why would anyone schedule an appointment at 5:45 pm if they were going to literally kick us out at 6?). We would not get any details on anything until Monday. This man had no reguard for our time they had wasted. I don't have time to burn like that. We went to Suburban Toyota of Troy the next day (Saturday) and was able to get in to a new vehicle within hours!

Bought a new car within 4 hours of walking in without an appointment. I am very pleased with Meaghan. I forgot my prescription sunglasses in my trade in. I called the dealership and Meaghan retrieved the glasses for me so I could come pick them up. After picking up my glasses I mentioned to her that they forgot to take off the black tape on top of the windshield and then had it washed for me. Highly recommend this dealership and will always be getting my next vehicle from here!
