“They have it all! Great food from the deli; REAL NY style bagels, tube steaks (hot dogs), sandwiches, and soups! Amazing alcohol selection including loads of rare imports! With Cascades Park down the road and loads of great golfing it is a must stop for the area.
6.99 Breakfast bagel in pic: choose ur meat, choose ur cheese, choose ur bagel, choose ur egg. Doesn't disappoint.”
“Frank's is a great neighborhood grocery store. A very interesting selection with unusual to find items along with what you expect. Prices aren't low, but neither is the drive to a big box store.”

1100 W North St, Jackson“We enjoy Aldi more than before thanks to not having to wait in line forever. Prior to the store adding several self checkout lanes, there were times that the wait in line was just as long as it took to shop. Thanks for the upgrades.”
“I am a faithful Polly's customer and shop 4 of its stores on a regular basis depending on which part of town I'm in. My absolute favorite is the Country Market in Brooklyn MI - the checkout area is ALWAYS fully staffed and ready.I want to give a shout out to the Spring Arbor Road store DELI DEPT. It is SO easy to be waited on by a friendly and eager staff person. I sometimes go out of my way to buy fresh prepared food there!Parnall Rd produce is the best lay out with plenty of room and fresh stock. The Vandercook store meat department is excellent! Love the way they cut steaks! Thank you Pollys!”
“Enjoy the peace and uncrowded grocery store, they have name brand and Aldi brand items, very reasonable, clean, they even sell non-food items. Fruit is always fresh, baked goods, meats, everything is reasonably priced.”
“The Market has a little bit of everything. The cinnamon rolls and cookies are great. I also appreciate how the fuel prices are lower than surrounding stations.”
“I have had several hogs processed at multiple locations. Jerome's is now my go to market even though it's a 1 hour drive. The seasoning smoking and packaging to your specs are great. It's worth the drive. Staff is pleasant service is quick”
“One can only imagine what it was like in Europe in the old days, where people went to the market, to buy foods a few times a week, as well as socializing with friends, neighbors, and children's parents. Covid has done a lot towards keeping us isolated. A repose from sitting and watching TV, is a run up to Polly's for Deli Lunchmeat, cheeses, Ora fresh baked cake. During my girls childhood, for 20 years I always ordered their birthday Cakes from Polly's, on Ferguson Road. What was so special? One could order Disney Characters on the cake, my daughter's favorite photo, a creamy whipped topping that wasn't terribly sweet. Much of the rest of the store allotted space for new or traditional world wide cuisine. It always had unique items. My younger daughter, whilst in her teens, refused to eat sandwiches without sprouts. Polly's, had them when no one else did. What more can I say? The best thing is to get off the couch in this icy cold weather, and take a trip to one of three Polly's locations.”
“Was looking for some oil of oregano, had looked all over for this, but low and behold. I go to Walt's and they have it. Very nice. Smaller store, they have a a variety of everything. The employees were very nice and helpful.”
“Thank you all who work there. One stop at Walmart, Meijer or even Kroger and I appreciate Brooklyn Country Market even more. Having actual cashiers instead of self checkout makes the shopping experience even better. Plus the ladies in the pharmacy are very helpful too.”

Wings, potato wedges, with mac and cheddar salad, yummm! The staff was friendly. As for the neighboring lakes, it was amazing! It is still very beautiful outdoors. Don't miss out on the wonderful Autumn bloom that has begun! Enjoy.☺”

3333 E Michigan Ave, Jackson“I want you to know what a great person and and a great customer service representative you have in Brian W. at the Michigan Ave. Jackson store.
I had parked my car down by the health and beauty aids section of the store.
I was shopping your store buying some batteries for my son. It was close to 9 PM. I went to the self check out near the health and beauty aids, But they just shut it down for the night.
So I walked all the way to the other end of the store to check out. I decided to walk indoors and exit where I had come in.
As I approached the doors. Brian told me that because it was just after 9 o’clockPM, they had just liked that set of doors for the night.
He could see that I’m 69 years old man and that my wear a brace on my leg to help me walk.
I said to him, “You’ve got to be kidding.“.
Before I could even turned around to walk to the other entrance, Brian manually unlocked both sets of doors and let me out.
I had had quite a long day of it, but Brian made me feel valued by helping me be able to get to my car quicker so I could go home.
Thank you, Brian W. You are a winner in my book!
BJ Hohnke, loyal Meijer shopper.”

Wish I had caught his name, but he had excellent customer service skills, and just had that positive energy. Give him a raise and promotion immediately! I would return to this location just for the vibes.”

317 Brooklyn Rd, Napoleon“Lizzy and Sherry went out of there way too help me at the check out to save money. On some products that were missed marked and used to there personal coupon to help us save more. Highly impressed I'm in here all the time. The staff is great.”
“Since the remodel, it is very cramped and it difficult to find what you’re looking for. There are also a lot of carts and broken down boxes in the middle of a few aisles which make it even more difficult to navigate around the store. Other than that, I’ve been coming here since it was built and it’s very convenient”
“Nice to have around for convenience. However this location should have 2 people running the registers at all time. There seems to always be a line at checkout. Plan on adding an extra 10-15 minutes of waiting to be checked out.”

300 S Main St, Brooklyn“I love this place more than I can say for their affordable coffee and amazing staff, but I must say I have been very disappointed in their coffee as of late. I go there every single day and I've recently noticed that the coffee just tastes like warm milk. Not sure if they are trying to save on the coffee beans, but it's made my morning coffee run quite sad. Also not sure why the swapped out the chai for something less spicy. I'm only writing this review in hopes that the Groundworks higher ups know that it's not the prices or the employees, it's the actual coffee that is my big issue as of late.”
“This place was very busy and the young lady work at the front counter, Catherine, was an absolutely amazing employee! If I ran a business I would hire her in a heartbeat.”

4582 Brooklyn Rd, Jackson“Wayyyyyyy better than the Michigan center one. The one in Michigan center is a dump with no air conditioning and falling apart building and shelves. This one is clean, well stocked and has AC lol. And is near the Michigan center one. Might as well close the one in center and expand this one into a dollar general market like the one in Marshall.”
“I'm not sure what's up with all the negativity about this Walmart. It's a clean and well stocked store with everything that you'd expect Walmart to have, plus bread, meat and cheese, produce, and frozen foods. There's even a Subway inside! I've only used their self-checkout, so I can't say much about how friendly the staff is. They seemed pretty normal though.”
“Governor Whitmer's wet dream is the idea of having complete control over every aspect of your life. Here at Dollar General you will find the freedom to shop!Gracious staff greet you. The shelves are lacking a bit. But it isn't because of anything the company can control. Governor Whitmer has her knee on the neck of the supply chain and and we're crying "I can't breathe!".This store is amazing! It is the best place to stop on your way home to get the items you need for the evening or the week!Don't let tyranny reign. Shop here and let Governor Whitmer know Socialism isn't welcome here.”
