If this is the agency that listed 4037 N Athey in Harrison this is the most awful experience we’ve ever had in trying to purchase a home so unprofessional and inconsiderate if we wanted to go to an auction, we would have. Horrible

We just purchased our home and sign on Friday, our agent was Renee McConnell and we could not have been blessed to have found her! Absolutely professional, on top of every listing, called and emailed immediately and was there for us as the buyer! If I could give 10 stars I would! I contacted this real estate agency on several occasions and spoke with 2 different agents. I had to keep calling the first agent because she was very slow, if at all, in responding back. I finally got fed up after waiting and waiting for weeks, so I called back and requested to work with another agent; I gave her my information and she said she would call me back. That was over a month ago! If you want sloooowwww service finding a home, then this is the place to go! Getting a return phone call from this place is like pulling teeth; I can only imagine how long it would be before I actually looked at real estate!!!
