good service from the worker that was helping me (abby) but the other girl that was working with her (elle i think) was just lounging around not offering much assistance at all even though there were many customers besides myself. i guess she was waiting, because eventually her s/o ended up coming in and they were just making out right in front of the counter. i appreciated the service i received from abby but i just felt bad because her coworker clearly had other priorities not relating to her job at all.

No one in the store but the two women working, almost all of the perfume samples empty. None of the liner pencils sharpened, lotion samples empty, very little stock on popular items and everything I use is always out of stock the women working were just standing around chatting. The young woman working was friendly and offered help the woman that rung me up (Crystal) is rude every time she waits on me. Very disappointed with this location. Won’t be back.

The Sephora things that we need are always out of stock they are never willing to take some out of the bottom The testers are always stolen as well it’s a good Sephora, but the products that I need are always out of STOCK

Walked into the Sephora, not one employee greeted me , asked me if I needed assistance etc. They all just starred at me or either talked amongst themselves. Not once was I offered to be helped. Staff needs to be coached their customer service skills and professional. Won’t be back ever!
