I have a hard time trusting this pharmacy since I was abused by the obese, arrogant, snotty and free of any human compassion whatsoever pharmacist. She no longer works there though, that I can tell. Good for you. I would like to know which moron hired her to begin with. You've got my phone #, call me. Hey Rite Aid, remember her? I certainly do. I don't wish it on anyone but maybe the obesity caught with her and she is no longer available. Here we go again, another schooled and degreed loser! Way to many of those. My educated guess is a full 50%. Case closed!

The lady at the pharmacy in walked away from me as I was talking to her and all I wanted to know is how long it was going to take for me to get my med. She was a very rude. I won't be coming back ever again

I recently switched Pharmacy’s and had an issuer with my insurance for my son’s medication. Alex the Pharmacy Tech was very professional, pleasant and helpful! She even solved my problem with patience and great effort! She definitely is someone your team should value. She was also knowledgeable and explained the situation further. This is why I switched pharmacies, I could tell from my very first experience a month ago that these people really care!!

Not happy with Rite aid. I had covid symptoms, made next available appointment which was 2.5 days later. Took test. I'm going on 10 days of waiting for results. At this point, its irrelevant cuz i haven't had any symptoms in 7 days. Thx for nothing. Got this email after 7 days of waitingDont Get Covid Test Here

We have always been treated very kindly at this Rite Aid location. At the pharmacy and at the register. I was disappointed when my insurance no longer paid for prescriptions there but my son still gets his filled there.

I've been using this Rite Aid Pharmacy for years. Everyone has always been happy and courteous. There has not been any employee change overs at all, but they are now snippy with customers and do use an irritated tone with customers if you ask for something that may be a minor inconvenience, but is still part of their job description (like waiting for a med to be filled). I have experienced this twice myself now in the last 6 months and I have witnessed it happen to other customers. I will be looking for a new pharmacy soon.
