Very small and somewhat unprofessional. It took almost an hour to actually pick up my truck which put my whole day behind. The lady seemed to not trust me somewhat with renting the truck, which made me feel somewhat uncomfortable renting from them.
I was only moving from Chesterfield to Royal Oak, but I decided to do a one way move and drop the truck off in Troy. When the lady giving me the truck saw this made a comment “it would be cheaper to drop it off here” which I had already done the math and it was a couple bucks I would have been saving. It felt like the lady was trying to call me dumb, but I did not want to drive to Southfield, then Royal Oak, and then back to Chesterfield, which would have been over 100 miles and inconvenient for me. I had done a lot of planning before even booking the truck and the comments and assumptions that I gained from the lady makes me never want to go to that location again.

Had body work done on my car unable to get a rental due to it being Spring break so I rented a u-haul pickup truck for the week better than renting a car rates were amazing

Honestly, great service. The gentleman behind the counter was professional, kind, and easy to talk too. He was incredibly knowledgeable as well. Would recommend this location to everyone.

I like this location. It's right off of I94 and has quick and easy access to several gas stations for filling up next door. There was also a great selection of rentals available unlike other locations. I really thought the guy in the office was pretty good at answering all our questions and keeping me informed throughout the rental process. And since now you can use your phone to check out and check In a vehicle, the worry for the process is very little. All in all I will keep using them for my rental needs.

Great experience, nice people (Mary), and very busy... don't expect to walk in and rent on a weekend. Possible, but unlikely. Confirmed at check-in when the 26' I brought back was going out twenty minutes later. Also, hoping you'll have better luck than I did with the app... downloaded app, entered everything five times, "order not found", called customer service, waited 35 minutes, handed off to tech support, waited 25 minutes...no way to get mobile check-in easily. Nice people at rental and return though.

Called to tell them I'm emptying out my unit early and can I get some money back. Well apparently you have to give 10 day notice which I was never told about. This place is a joke and they had small units for $69 but charged us $90 so got over on us.
