I've been at this facility for a little over 2 years now, never had any issues, until yesterday (6-15-24) around 4p.m. I found cockroaches in my unit. I Don't have any kind of food and/or Candy in my unit either. Found more of them alongside the right side of my unit in boxes of clothes. Office is not open til Monday n have no idea how to go about. I know I will be contacting lawyers Monday morning as well about this issue. And I have three units!! Lovely!!!!!! Will be relocating after bombing everything! Can't do anything until Monday unfortunately!

They have bed bug. they charge 150 a month for your stuff to get wet and ruined

We stored our concession trailer here for many years. We had an inside unit and an outdoor spot. We thought it was very convenient. We never had any problems. The area around the units was always neat and clean. We always felt safe and secure while loading and unloading. The staff was always attentive and ready to help. This is a great storage place.

This storage lot is awful, the lot is a mess, the rows make no sense, our camper was vandalized , and the could have cared less, we were not the only one either.

Had an outdrive stolen stolen off my boat 12k repair cost. Next had an enclosed trailer broken into. They basically ripped my door off. Trailer is only a year old. Cameras are bogus they need to step up security. Hope this saves someone the headache.

We were there a year, and 10/15/2022 our space rent for a 10x5 unit was going to go up from $59 & just about double. Easy online payments, very secure.
