I discovered a nail in my tire this morning. Discount got me in and taken care of
quickly and not only that, but all the songs playing in the lobby were on my playlist. Not bad for a Tuesday.

I was in a bad spot, with a flat tire on Memorial weekend and thought there would be no way to get a tire fixed until after the long holiday weekend. Luckily, I was wrong. I called here and spoke with Gage. He found me a good tire at a reasonable price and Brandon had it fixed before quickly before they were closed for the weekend. I highly recommend this location. If you are in need of tires, want an honest price for your them call here. I would like to thank Gage for being so great. On a side note, I handled this companies workers' compensation in California for about 7 years. I know their operations well. Their companies founder, Bruce T. Halle, has 5 life lessons, be honest, work hard, have fun, be grateful and pay it forward. They stick to these principals. Always use Discount Tire for your Tire needs. This location definitely earned their 5 star rating.

The store Manager did a fantastic job helping me and my Mom out , with getting brand new tires for our Ford Taurus. He had us in and out and treated us like family. I really appreciate that alot . Thank you for doing such a great job ...

Help me understand why we make appointments? When are time is just disrespected. This is not my first time either now understand there will be a little bit of a wait but but when I make an appointment and an hour later my vehicle is still in the parking lot thats an issue. It happens every time and I thought we were valued customers it doesn't appear that way I understand your running a business but when your just over lapping appointments that says something else your money bottom line. I've been buying tirers from discount tire for my vehicle and my wife's for years. I'm all done thanks discount. 23 mile and I-94is one of the worst. I wrote this review while I was waiting its now been an hour and 15 minutes and my truck still has not been worked on and I've heard at least 4 other customers voice there concerns over waiting an excessive amount of time.

These guys are hilarious. One day you’ll go in to get your tire inspected and they’ll tell you your tire is good and safe to drive on…Next time you go in to get rotated they’ll tell you they can’t rotate because “there’s damage”. All depends how close to 6 o clock you come in.

Helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Only reason for 2 stars is I had a 9:15 appointment and They didn't even end up pulling my truck into the bay until after 10 o'clock. I was in the building from 9am until after 11am just for them to balance my tires which normally only takes about a half an hour or 45 minutes. I scheduled an appointment for 2 hours and 15 minutes before I had to be to work and was still late even though I only work 15 miles away.

The service we received at this location was not great and the wrong tires were installed. I am hoping it was just a bad day because there were several issues with timing as well.
At the end I was able to resolve the issue and have the tires replaced at the Gratiot store where the last set was purchased.
Thanks to Joe and Anton I was back on the road with the correct tires in under 2 hours. The only thing they could have done better was compensate me for my time and fuel to have the same job done twice. Maybe a free set of wipers or even a cup of coffee would have gone a long way.
Staff that replies to these*** Please correct your contact information that you give. When I reached out to the provided number it took me to a random store in Louisiana.

I had an appointment at 1:45 to repair a simple flat, the front desk guy argued with me about wether I should get new tires. I told him I just wanted mine repaired because I didn't have the money for new tires at the moment. He was very pushy about how I needed new tires, finally I said unless you are paying for them I just want my current tire repaired. He just walked away without saying a word. Then over an hour after my appointment time they came and took my truck to the back. What's the point of taking appointments if you don't stick to the appointment time? I get it if a walk in takes that long, but don't even take appointments if you can't stick to them. I will not be returning to this place when I buy new tires in a couple months.

Jeff is the best . He wants what is best for the customer and goes out of his way to provide great service in a timely manner. I hope corporate knows his worth.
