Just trying to ship a package and the one lady was having issues with my barcode while giving quite the irritated attitude as if it was my fault so I double checked the barcode, had her try again she suggested another lady try it that was chatting in the back and it worked but also acting irritated that she had to help out. Not sure why I had to experience such negative attitudes with an hour left of the store being opened on a Friday afternoon. There’s plenty of jobs not in customer service. I will just ship at the UPS from now on where they are much more friendly/helpful right down the block.

I have came to this location a few times and it's always a negative experience. The workers at this location are lazy and unprofessional.

They are great in the actual post office my issue is this is the second time a package has been stolen from me. First time someone stole a brush out of my package. This time the package was marked as delivered and yet I don't have one. Shady postal carrier works here beware!

Kudos to the employee who helped my friend close her P.O. box yesterday. I was there too and appreciated how patient and professional she was. She calmly repeated our options when it was clear we were confused, and she suggested a solution that helped my friend out. We're grateful for her excellent service.

Employees are stealing uninsured packages, claiming they were never scanned in as their story. Avoid this post office at all costs. Unprofessional, use the Dexter location if you want actual customer service and your packages to make it to its intended destination.

Best post office ever! Excellent parking, very clean and always has more than enough supplies and stamps available for the customer. The staff is super friendly and very efficient. The hours are very convenient Monday through Friday 9 to 530 Saturday 930 to 1. So many people complain about the Post Office or how long it might take a package to get somewhere but that has nothing to do with the office it's self. People need to stop with the negativity about the Postal Service and be grateful they live in a country that even has a postal service especially as efficient as United States is. It is the cheapest in the world, the fastest, the most efficient, and the safest. Not to mention the Postal Service started in 1775 before America was even a country and is in the Constitution. So if you feel you're not getting a good deal go to another shipper you will be back to mail through the Postal Service because they are the best!

The tall skinny guy that works here takes a perverse Delight in telling people no. I've never seen a ghoul in real life until I went to this post office! It's a bit of a drive but go to Dexter instead!
