Why is it impossible to talk to anyone at the pharmacy?

I have tried for 40 minutes to talk to a human. You can't get connected to anyone at this store. They are losing my business.

No wonder why this place has a low score. Mike, horseshoe hair style, between the ages of 40-60 was very rude to me when I was trying to drop off some ups packages for my business. Granted, the shelves where full but I did not see them at the time. Mike came out huffing and puffing saying we cannot take that many packages at a time. Which I know is a lie due to me dropping off stuff from my store before. Never had an issue with it the multiple times I came in. The one girl behind the counter said they could take one but there was no room for the rest. She was lovely! Not the first issue I've had with this place doing my own business and also working for shipt. Whatever was up Mikes butt hopefully he has a merry Christmas and I will go to ace hardware in Eaton Rpaids from now one so I do not have to fully drive into Lansing to drop off Christmas presents that need to go out to paying customers. Only reason why I gave it 2 stars was because of the girl behind the counter with reddish brown hair!

Oh man not much to say besides I absolutely love shopping at CVS it’s expensive but so worth it. They have great selection of items. I could spend my whole day there. The pharmacy is always on top of my meds for me and fast at getting them ready but lately there has been some new people and they don’t understand everything yet. It is very irritating when they say ummm I don’t know or they just say no we can’t do that when really they can cause I do it monthly with my scripts so I transferred no hard feelings I just don’t like the change I guess(just my opinion) but the store itself is awesomeness and has everything you need my husband bought me this flower almost a year ago from there and it’s still alive it said only 3 months is expected to last but here we are almost a year later and the lady found the perfect one for him(me) that he was looking for he said do you have a black rose she looked and looked until she found this beautiful black and purple rose my two favorite colors he was so happy as so was I and I’m glad to say it’s lasted so long and still kicking!! Well worth the money! Thank you to the lady that helped him find the perfect one!!

Not really cool seeing the pharmacist act completely unprofessional to the point that even other employees agree he is an unprofessional donkey. I don't even work there. What a rude, uppity, little man. - apparently his name is Jeff!

Just watched one manager named Patricia scream at the cashier in front of a bunch of customers and made her cry. Managers somehow lets one cashier work up front alone even when the place is swamped, frequently have to wait because manager or another employee is probably hiding in the back of the store letting one employee try to check out 10+ people in a timely manner. Won’t be coming back here anytime soon

I absolutely love cvs it’s a great place to shop and they fill medication fast. They have a lot of everything in stock at decent prices and high quality products clean and friendly staff

Corporate policy gives this place a strong lack of compassion and a even stronger lack of wanting to help. Made the switch to central pharmacy and it's the best thing ever. So impressed with there staff and service.

They used to care, but barely look at you anymore. There are still two nice employees, an older lady and one last name Wright. Pharmacist is hit and miss. The three other ladies are terrible.
