Rented from this company last weekend.Our boat broke down twice while we were on the lake and the owner, Bernie offered to bring us a new boat. He and his team delivered us a nicer boat a few hours later, however the second boat didn’t have working lights so we couldn’t use the boat at night. We did appreciate his going out of the way to deliver a working boat.However, the girl that answers the phone, Tracy, is incredibly rude, uneducated sounding and unprofessional. When we called asking for a refund, she refused to speak with me because “she liked my husband better.”Upon him getting on the phone she explained how they went out of their way to bring us another boat (so generous considering the first one broke TWICE) leaving us stranded on the lake with 3 small children. She also said our contract only provided for a boat from 10am until 8pm - even though we rented it for a 48 hour period. My husband suggested he just speak with Bernie (the business owner) and she informed him that she made all of the refund decisions. Of course she doesn’t since she just works there but this is what you’re dealing with if you rent from them.Finally they offered us $100 refund after we dropped $1,000 with their company.Avoid if possible - and do not deal with Tracy. It’s like trying to talk to a belligerent 3 grade girl!!

Small store that has almost everything. Always enjoy shopping at this store on my annual week fishing vacation. Friendly workers and fishing reports when up there. Will be back next year.

They stock everything you need or forgot for your up north adventures. Bait, fishing supplies, camping gear, snacks and beer.

Drove an hour after reserving a boat only to discover, on arrival, the rental required a tow hitch. Kinda important piece of information not to provide at time of reservation.

Opens waaaay too late, every other bait shop is packed with customers by 6am.... good bait shop if you want to miss the morning bite....
