Faulty equipment sent . Can’t reach a pharmacist scripts not filled can’t reach a representative Awful This review is for my 85 year old mother who depends on them for medications. Shame on them?

I didn't realize they were closed on Saturday and Sunday. That is very inconvenient.

No customer service or patience!!!! When you’re dealing with the public you can’t be nasty and rude speaking with your customers especially when their the elders. Karma is what you put into the atmosphere you receive it back times ten.

they delivered someone else's meds it was penicillin and I am allergic I am thankful I read the label before I took it.

I have had good experiences utilizing the pharmacy. The staff has been very helpful and accomodating, much more personalized than using a chain-store pharmacy. Even when I did not have the full amount for my co-pay they were able to supply me my medication knowing the importance of its usage. They even offer free delivery to my home. The pharmacist is more than happy to sit down with you and discuss your medications.

By personal experience, this pharmacy should be AVOIDED at all costs. The pharmacists and staff are incompetent at best and at times downright DANGEROUS. Medication errors are common including mislabeling medication,giving elderly patients too many refills during a 1 or 2 month period. In addition all of the staff speaks English as a second language and several of the female pharmacy techs are still going to school. Use CVS or Rite- Aid....you and your loved ones will be far safer. Don't believe their website photo.....their is no kind old pharmacist on staff.
