This store was a hot mess I went in there just get a couple of core Waters from the coolers or some kind of tall 30 Oz or 1 L bottle of water. All they had was aquafina's that were overpriced. Then a majority of their shelves had almost nothing on them a majority of them were empty. This is also the one and only Dollar General location that I have been to that has the women's hands sports bras individually packaged when they should come in sets of two the individually packaged bras are the same exact price as the double packs at every other Dollar General location. Then the checkout counter was disgusting covered in melted ice cream or something I ended up buying myself a couple of Hot Wheels went to set them down on the counter I had to quickly pick them up however unfortunately it was too late they have been damaged and are completely worthless and the store is such a hot mess I can't even bring myself to go back to get a refund

To the tall, skinny white whi is wearing both his headphones, ignoring every customer that comes in. I had to start clapping and yelling for this guy to still ignore me. I had to wait for him to look up and notice me just give me a look like and not help me. Is that the dollar general policy employees can wear both headphones and ignore customers who need help. This place is such a joke, and the cashier is just watching me check out my own stuff as he stands there doing absolutely nothing

Not 1 time but 4 times I've been to this store and they were closed. Its a joke. This store is ridiculous. I will not shop here anymore. I loved shopping here it was on my way home now I go out of my way to shop at the one in Gowen.

The most dirty store I have ever been in. The bathroom was disgusting! No paper towels and the soap dispenser had brown soap. The whole store was a mess. No one at the check out. I will never stop here again!

Everything was fine until check out the cashier was beyond rude to my wife with snarky comment and rolling her eyes then refused to get a manager or the name of someone above her absolutely one disgusting human being she has no manners and should be disciplined accordingly her name is Adrienne will never be shopping there again I will also be contacting corporate and informing other people of my experience

This store is always a mess, cluttered, things on the floor etc. They are changing over to Valentine's Day, so I kind of understand, but...went to another dollar general, on 14 mile, 10 minutes away, and it is also changing over however, their store is immaculate! Like night and day...don't understand. Kind of wish I would have taken pics for comparing...

Store was fine .. but Friday There was a sick employee running the cash register and touching all the items without sanitizing or washing her hands. Her nose was runny she kept sniffing and she sounded like she had a soar throat. I have a weak immune system now I'm getting sick. You can't jeopardize a whole community. This is extremely upsetting and hopefully by reaching out to corporate they will do something about it

This was the cleanest Organized Great customer service Also handicapped-accessible dollar General store That I have been in a long time.i was amazed on how clean and organized it was. The dollar General store in Sparta and rockford are filthy big carts in hallways making it hard for wheelchair to get though hallways. The manager and employees at cedar springs Dollar General store should be rewarded for doing amazing job.
