I wish there was an option to GIVE 10 STARS.I stopped renting storage here a few months ago due to buying a home & finally having space and I have to say I have never, ever, been so pleased with any company/business in my entire life.The owner Shane not only had units priced reasonably but also treated us like royalty! The 2 units I had were huge, waterproof, secure and easily accessible. Lots of lighting throughout the entire place so visiting at night was never a problem. Any time I would text him no matter the time of day he would respond right away & any time I had questions or concerns he would always have answers, explanations and solutions.Shane treated us like we were friends not just customers, he made us realize that there is still good, reasonable, non-greedy people still left in this world.I have been recommending everyone I know to Westside storage and I will definitely be doing business with them in the future!

Great communication, easy to work with, excellent customer service including follow up. Online renting a unit was easy and straight forward. I would highly recommend Westside and rent from Shane again!

Westside storage is a great place to rent a storage unit from. The units are kept up very well. I have rent from here twice now and will return again if the need arises. During the winter the place is kept plowed. The owner is a great friendly person. He will go the extra mile to help anyone out. Thanks again for another great rental.. I am sure I will see you again soon.
