I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else. After being ripped off at the dealers and lied to by other mechanics, I finally had enough and called Ric & Rocky’s. Pricing was better than anywhere I’ve ever taken my vehicles, speed of service is great and Rocky, Ric, Paul and Corrine are the friendliest and most helpful people in the industry. If you aren’t sure if you should give them a try, do it, you won’t regret it

excellent customer service, kindness, down to Earth family shop, reasonable.. I was recommended to go there as I am new in town So it was a nice break for me compared to where I came from.
My past experience From other oil shops is…they Bring up a number of things that need to be replaced. Don’t like that.
It made my day to go to these guys!!

They were recommended by my neighbor who has been going there for years. Super simple to get an appointment. They called a short while after drop off with a recap and price and picked it up later that day. Their guys at the desk do a great job with communication. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for service for their vehicle.

I had a "reduced power" alert and my car began driving sluggishly and wouldn't go much beyond 40 miles an hour. They ID'd wiring that needed to be replaced, and a couple of valves and repaired them. They listened to my concerns that I didn't want the repair to be so expensive given the condition of the body that it wouldn't be cost effective, I e. wouldn't cost more than the value of the car. They kept me informed of progress, displayed a great sense of humor, and I didn't feel rushed even though they were busy. I felt the price was great considering how many hours they spent on the repair. The car is driving well, and I have no more warning lights.

Have been using Ric & Rockys for approx 1 year and have been in 3 times (separate issues). Paul & Rocky are KIND, HONEST and trustworthy. No price gouging. 10/10 recommend.

I bought a cover from Paragon and they said it was easy to install, well not so much. I took my truck to them with the cover installed incorrectly by me. I asked if they could reinstall it and adjust it so it did not leak. They were great to deal with and re-fit the cover perfectly and even added some weather stripping where they thought there could be a leak issue. they went above and beyond what I expected, especially since I did not buy the cover from them. Thanks Ric and Rocky for a great experience!!!

Brought a car here to be inspected before buying it from a private seller. BEST DECISION I could have made!
Rocky and his staff were more than accommodating getting me right in the day I called. He looked over the vehicle top to bottom and provided his honest opinion which ultimately saved me from buying a questionable car. While here you feel like family, not just another customer or dollar sign to them.
