Oh my god I had the worst experience ever today. I went there today because I didn’t wanted to use self checkout and wanted the cashier to ring me she was literally on her phone and then I told the guy to ring me and he went to her she said no and then was like Ohhh I will assist you for self-checkout …. Like ok I know that but I literally asked you to ring me there is a reason I said that I had a money card.. She was on her phone! And when I tried to talk to her she didn’t responded like are you for real. She is a lady with scarf on her head! Worst customer service!!!!!!!! I would rate 0 stars if I could

I visited the CVS Minute Clinic in Canton today and I met the NP Sarah Otten, I would like to say she went beyond her job and showed me care beyond expectations, she took care of me and helped me get extra vaccinations to prepare me for my personal goals, she was very considerate and answered all my questions with her great vibes!

Very slow processing and unaccommodating. I arrived 20 minutes after my kids' doctor visit, and they told me it would take half an hour to process the prescription. It was just a simple eye drop, so I asked if they could expedite the process to avoid having to return with my toddlers in the car. Unfortunately, they refused to help me.

There was a line and a lot going on at the time that I made my purchase and got in line but the employees were very patient and worked as diligently and efficiently as possible to do their best!

Supposed to open at 7am. It’s now 8:17 am and we have about 8 people sitting in their cars waiting for the store to open. Also. Everything is alway out of stock. Unless it’s a CVS brand.

This location pharmacy is the worst, they act as if they are the only pharmacy around. The have terrible attitudes. I have worked in pharmacy for over 20 years and these people are the worst. Move your prescription. Hit them where it count. Don't go here.

This is a nice and clean store. However, the Cashiers should take a moment and work with each customer individually. Cashiers should customers what they need and then send them home contented before moving to the next customer. This could make customers feel much better and have a reason to return back to this location each time.

Horrible location. Not well stocked, old, dirty. Pharmacy is the worst ever...rude incompetent staff. I encourage everyone to go anywhere but there. I hope they close down soon and replace that location with a good pharmacy with actual competent people who do not mess up your prescriptions.
