“I just recently opened an account there and everyone was extremely helpful. Especially Kyle, I suggest working with him if you can, he is extremely nice and speedy.”
“Been banking with Chase for quite a few years and since retiring and moving to this area, the Caledonia branch is the one closest to me (40 mile round trip drive). The staff always greets me when I come through the door, the tellers are fast, efficient and very knowledgeable about what services are offered. Yes, I know that I can bank by phone, I just prefer dealing with people.”
“Best experience I have ever had with a bank. When we closed on our construction loan, Kara took her time and explained the papers we were signing. And answered all of our questions. Best close I have ever had.”
“This was a former Chemical Bank before Huntington and a local bank for many many years, the building is almost iconic, But please note it is absolutely a Huntington location now, I believe even the signs have finally changed”

9325 Cherry Valley Ave SE, Caledonia“I’ve banked with fifth third for a very long time. I have hardly been in the Caledonia branch before but when I had a request to verify funds quicker from our house closing (a rather large check) Mark Barnes Jr was nothing short of helpful, friendly and professional. The title company was giving us a bit of an attitude but Mark remained professional and was able to get the title company to help assist us. Overall I was just taken back with how nice and friendly Mark was and genuinely was trying to help me! Such friendly customer service is hard to find sometimes and I wish everyone could be as friendly and helpful as Mark was! Not to mention he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. Someone needs to give him a serious promotion or raise! I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such a positive and helpful person at a bank before.”
“Cassandra VanDyke is my banker at the Credit Union. She is awesome in understanding my goals and needs and always offered swift response and solution. Thank you Cassandra.”
