So, the site says it’s open on Saturday so I rush up to have a tiny chip repaired only to have the GPS not take me directly to place. I call only to be sent to an after hours number that tries to charge $110 for someone to come out to me but that I would have to wait until Monday for the person to come out. Bait n switch is not a good marketing strategy! Prices should reflect the work!

My first replacement window was installed in FL, and it was done incorrectly. Called Glass America in Traverse City, upon my return to MI and immediately got 5 star service. Adam B. showed up on time, replaced the windshield, and billed me zero. Excellent customer support.

Got a call at 9a saying they'd be here at 10:30. Now not showing up until 11:30 and didn't even call to tell me, waited until I called him after he was half an hour late. Said he didn't realize how long it would take to get here. It's not hard to use Google Maps to see that where I am is an hour away from TC.
